We went to LongHorn Steakhouse for an early birthday dinner for my husband. It had been a long time since we’d gone because in the past the food and service were usually just okay, but we had gift cards and decided to give it another try. I’m so glad we did.
The first thing that stood out was the service. Our waitress was wonderful, attentive, kind, and always on top of everything. We never had to ask for drink refills because she made sure we were taken care of the entire time.
We both ordered ribeyes, and I have to say, it was one of the best steaks I’ve had there. It was cooked exactly how I like it pink in the middle, juicy, and full of flavor without needing to add anything to it. I was genuinely impressed. I ordered the Brussels sprouts as my side and they were hands down the best I’ve had. I’m not sure what they season them with, but the flavor was amazing. My husband even ended up eating half of mine because he ordered the potatoes as a side. The bread was warm and fresh when it came out, soft, not stale or dried out at all. Everything about this visit was a great experience. We will definitely be back!

I was really in the mood for a Texas T onion today. Its like the bloomin onion at outback, but it’s just the “petals” so it’s not nearly as greasy or messy. I’ll take it over the whole onion any day. Service is always great here! They are attentive, but not bothersome. I always like popping in here for the lunch specials. Its faster than you would expect, and way less expensive than expected as well.

Original review: This location gets very busy on a regular basis, so expect & prepare for a long wait time! But, the food is always excellent and hot when we get it. I saw a few complaints about overcooked meals in other reviews, but I have to disagree – I greatly prefer that my food is cooked thoroughly and safely, and this location has always done well at that!

Met with some relatives there for lunch. The server was awesome, she was very attentive and friendly. I ordered the ribeye with shrimp, with fried Brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes every thing was delicious, although the steak was more medium rare than rare. Overall it was a good experience, everyone had a good time and enjoyed our meal.

Ok… I love steak… and I’m not judgy, but I ordered the porterhouse from Longhorns Braselton, and no exaggeration this has to be the worst steak I have ever eaten. The filet of the porterhouse was the only edible portion. The other majority was all so tuff in its entirety that those stakes knives couldn’t even cut through. No exaggeration may have been 8 oz total edible steak including the filet!! Plus it had zero flavor. Just literally the worst steak ever. Never ever get this! What a waste of 40 dollars. The staff was just ok. Nice enough not zero personality, and didn’t ask how things were. So I didn’t bring it up. Didn’t want to be a bother but yall again I can’t say enough how terrible this steak was.

Great place to eat, join the waitlist online before you go otherwise there is typically a wait. Last vist it was 30 mins. Food and drink were great. I HAD The TBone and salad wife had the Riley. They didn’t rush us and just paid at the table with the QR code. Will definitely try go again

It took around 30-35 minutes for our sort of warm food to make it to the table. While the waiter seemed to be very busy doing everything else, a food runner should have brought out our meals. My appetizer came out super fast. I could tell from the surface temperature of my burger that it had sat under the warmer for a while. The lettuce that had fallen onto the plate was severely wilted. The manager came to the table and offered to replace it. She brought out the replacement burger, but never apologized for it.
My companion’s meal was tepid as well, and she thought it might have been undercooked. We ended up bringing both meals home and reheated them. I was going to send this meal back, but she said no to that
In all, our service level was poor. The restaurant management was below that.

We had to wait 45 minutes to eat but it was worth the wait. CJ was our server and he made our dinner enjoyable and memorable. He gave us recommendations for appetizers and gave us plenty of time to order, checked on us from time to time and made sure we enjoyed our meals. Definitely hope to get him again as our server.

Hannah P. was awesome, she anticipated our every need!!! We never had an empty glass, never had to ask for more bread, she brought out everything we needed before we got our food!!! We were there for my niece’s 8th birthday. Hannah treated my niece like a princess. The food was awesome, cooked to perfection. Definitely the best Longhorns I have ever eaten at ever!!! We will definitely be back and ask for Hannah P!!! Thanks Hannah for making this a memorable birthday for us!!!

This is probably the worst location i have had a steak. The steak was not prepared to my liking. The lack of consistency and flavor didn’t do any justice. No passion went into making my meal. Customer service was great. The waitress was good at multi-tasking. I left a nice tip just for the customer service.
