Always order no cruton in my French onion soup, ALWAYS has one it in. This time, I did a curbside and put it twice in special instructions “cruton on side, NOT PUT IN SOUP”. Caesar Salad I ordered as my other side and in special instructions I put “extra caesar”. Well, ZERO Caesar and I do mean none and a big fat wet cruton right in the middle of my soup. The last time I sat down, service was horrible. Took 2 hours to have lunch due to server being so slow. I am usually all for patience but after driving 45 minutes, this is quite the disappointment. Really wish LaGrange would get another steakhouse as Longhorn is going down fast.

The customer service, our Waiter David, and the staff were amazing. Man if every restaurant has service like this! However, the steak was mediocre. It was tough, a bit over cooked. We also ordered the spinach dip and it was absolutely delicious. Great job!

Shae was our waitress and she was awesome, very polite very on time with taking our drink order, very prompt in getting our drinks and taking our food order. She was very timely in asking if everything was ok and did we need anything, always had a smile on her face. I’ve had dinner at many places and I have to say I’ve never had a better waitress than Shae. She even wished me and my wife a safe trip home as we left, I hope she is working our next visit to Longhorns in Lagrange, Ga, she made our dining a very enjoyable time.

I wish I had taken a picture of the food but I didn’t. However the appearance of the food was great. We were seated promptly and greeted by the server right away. The bathrooms weren’t clean when we first arrived but at some point did get cleaned and restocked.

Wonderful meal! The service was perfection; thank you Jasmine for making our experience so enjoyable! The only reason I didn’t rate the food a 5-star was because the lobster tail was over cooked, hard to cut even with that bad-a$$ steak knife, and chewy. Other than that, it was a great meal.
