My salmon is usually good. Today I ordered the 7oz Salmon with rice, broccoli and sweet potato. My rice was cold and half of my salmon was undercooked. I didn’t realize it until I started eating the 2nd half. I showed the salmon to my waitress and she offered to have them cook me another one. I took pictures of my undercooked salmon and of the salmon they “replaced” it with. Well as you can see they just browned the original salmon that I originally had and gave it back to me in a to go box. Very unsatisfied!

The food was ok. It was a bit loud. We were seated by the bathroom. Yuck! 3 people at our table had coupons for free appetizers or dessert. Waitress said they didn’t work. They were just sent out emails, wow! She also seemed to be more concerned about who was on which check than taking actual orders. It’s was a nightmare. I don’t recommend the Griffin location

I love Longhorn and I love great service. Today I was disappointed with the food and service. The bread had something on it look like mold. The onion in the tonions were tough and the steak wasn’t seasoned well. The server Jessie was complaining about the tables she was serving. She complained about not being able to bring us A-1 sauce because a big table had it all. She complained she don’t like serving big tables. I came to eat and enjoy my food. When you have a job as a server it’s your job to wait on tables and interact with people. This job is not for her.

I’m pleased to say that I had a wonderful experience at this establishment last weekend. It was about a group of 12 of us that were seated after celebrating my son’s graduation from Fort valley University. I server’s name with Jenna And she was simply amazing. Very knowledgeable of the menu and very professional and equipped to handle a large group. I will return to this location and I will request Jenna each time.

Ordered a large 70 person catered lunch for my team at work, and longhorn delivered better than I expected. Everything bagged up super well, meals hot, and desserts cold when picked up. Included our own bottles of A1, ketchup, salt and pepper… the works! These folks do it up well. We appreciate it!!!
