I thought the management changed at Longhorns because the bread came out right away, service was prompt, the wait was not long on a Saturday for a party of 8. OmG!! Today is March 25-Saturday- visiting Ga from Utah – I ordered T-bone, and other items. Ready when they said 8:45 pm. Brought to my car with 1 min of me calling in. Steak smelled good all the way home. Everything was their condiments, food ordered, etc. I was very, very pleased with my order. Might order again in a couple of days.

We’ve eaten at many Longhorn locations this was the worst! We arrive at 4:30pm on 6/24/23, we had to wait 30 minutes for a table in a half capacity restaurant. My sister went to the bar to order a beer while we waited and the bar tender blatantly ignored her. The girl who was running the carry out register ended up serving my sister. My sister asked how much she owed for the drink, the carry out girl went to ask the bar tender who proceeded to throw a tantrum over having to do her job. Once we were finally seated at a table it was 20 minutes before we were greeted by our server. He was personable but his service to the table was extremely slow. Our food came out one plate at a time, sides and condiments were missing. Drink glasses sat empty for what seem to be an eternity. To be perfectly frank the vast majority of customers and staff were dark skinned and we were light. I truly feel this was a case of racism. We will NOT be back to this location!

All i can say is that lunch was cheaper than fast food, healthy portions and decent service. I explained this to my son and he agreed that now he understands the difference of a fast food chicken sandwich and a restaurant experience. Also, you can get a fresh salad added on for $1.49 lunch special..not bad!
