I visited LongHorn Steakhouse for the first time around 8:30 PM, and I truly cannot say enough good things about our server, Tiffany. From the moment she greeted us, her energy was amazing she was extremely nice, super high-energy, and genuinely fun. She made the entire experience feel exciting and welcoming. Honestly, she made me want to work there myself because she made it seem like such a fun environment!

Tiffany checked on us consistently, and made sure everything was perfect without ever feeling overbearing. Her personality alone elevated the entire night, and she truly deserves every incentive, reward, and recognition that job has to offer.

The food was incredible as well I ordered the Parmesan crusted filet, baked mac & cheese, mashed potatoes, and we started with the fried shrimp appetizer. Everything was absolutely bomb. But what really stood out was Tiffany’s service. She turned a great meal into a 10/10 experience.

Because of her, I will 100% be coming back and bringing my friends and family with me. This was my first time at LongHorn, and thanks to Tiffany, it definitely won’t be my last. She is truly a gem and an asset to your team.

In the land of chains, Longhorn is solid. My son loves their chicken tenders, and the kids meal comes with 4 tenders over 2 like many places. I stick to the sirloin salad, medium, which is often prepared medium well but no big fuss about that.
The adult beverage menu is so affordable. The long pour of wine is a full carafe for about $10- $13, and you can snag a beer for $3.49, house margarita for $6.49, or a Jack & Coke for $5.49. I love that you can still enjoy a drink under $10 here.

This location has good customer service and solid food. It was my son’s birthday and there is no complimentary dessert or birthday song from the staff, but our server sung happy birthday with us which I thought was nice. We were at the Longhorn in Lagrange, GA the week before and that location still does a birthday presentation.

We had the chicken appetizer, steak salad, and all the kids had either tenders or Mac and cheese. Everyone enjoyed their meal. We ordered the chocolate molten cake for the table and birthday celebration, and found a long black hair on the inside once we were midway through. We were so disappointed. The manager apologized, waived the charge for the dessert, and offered to make us a new one but we declined.

This is the only reason I had to give 3 stars.

We chose LongHorn Steakhouse to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The service was excellent — our server was attentive, friendly, and did a great job. Unfortunately, the food was a huge disappointment. We both ordered T-bone steaks, and they were extremely tough and gristly to the point that we couldn’t eat them.
The atmosphere was okay at first, but it went downhill when a large party with several children was seated right next to us. The kids were running around the table for most of our meal, which made it hard to enjoy what was supposed to be a special occasion.
Overall, great service, but poor food quality and a distracting dining environment made this a disappointing experience.

First time visited this place. Overall, it was an okay experience.

They have good steak; their mashed potatoes are great. Their sweet chili garlic chicken bites were the best; it was cooked to perfection. Fries were not served cold but the server replaced it with the hot ones.

The disappointment was when the front staff didnt bother about us waiting for her to be seated. However, the server was great. I believe his name was Nick.

We can go again – possibly.

Quality Improvement Feedback – Service & Management.
I ordered a ribeye cooked medium, and while it was cooked correctly, the steak was quite tough. I demonstrated the issue to our server, Kaylan, by cutting into it and comparing it to my friend’s steak, which was also ordered medium. Kaylan was very professional, apologized, and placed a replacement order for me. She also informed me that a manager would come speak with me.

Unfortunately, that never happened. I observed the manager stop to chat with another table nearby, laughing and engaging with them, and then walk past our table in the patio area without acknowledging us. She then stood for several minutes talking to staff in an adjacent room. At no point did she approach our table or address the concern.

As management, providing quality service is just as important as the quality of the food. I am disappointed that the manager did not speak with us at all, and I would like to understand why this was not addressed.My experience was disappointing, as management-level service should match the quality the restaurant aims to provide.

I was in the neighborhood and stopped in for a steak! The renegade steak combo was ordered with seasoned rice and broccoli. Everything was tasty along side the Texas Margarita! And of course the bread was delicious!!! I enjoyed my visit!

The atmosphere is nice and warm. They decorate with the yellow light. The food is tasty but it’s a little sweet for me. The price is not cheap but it’s ok when dating.

I want to commend the Team at the Lawrencville, GA Longhorns location. I called ahead to inform the staff a large party would be coming for dinner on 2/7/26, approximately 35-40 people. Upon arrival, the manager Mr. Orlanda Diaz informed us we would be seated in the same area and the staff would do their best to keep us close and prepare one of the larger tables for the group. We ended up with several more guests than expected- Mr. Diaz and his team remained calm and diligent to get everyone in my group seated, while keeping the other guests taken care of. I must say the servers were diligent, caring and attentive. The meal service was outstanding! They had all of served timely, providing us with refills on drinks , condiments to company meals, and wearing a smiles. We greatly appreciate the team for not only providing help to such a large party, but to deliver services to other patrons present.

Just want to say thanks to the manager that was working Tuesday 2/18/2026. Sorry I forgot his name. But he heard I had a complaint about my 8oz looking like a 6oz. He immediately came to our table to make me another steak on him for my questioning of the steak size! I’ve never had service like this in any restaurant. He was very polite and honest with me.
Gold service. We eat here often and we will continue. Good service and good food.

placed a large online order for pickup and came inside to the to-go area during a very busy time. It was clear I wasn’t the only one with a large order. The sweetest person, Shimane, was working the to-go area, and he was nonstop running around and handling orders with such professionalism and care.

He took the time to check in with me and another group to make sure we had everything we needed. He greeted every single person with a smile, and not once did he look overwhelmed or defeated, if he was, you would never know it. While helping us double check our orders, he was still efficiently taking care of walk-in orders that came in after us.

Honestly, I haven’t experienced customer service like that in a long time. Everyone who came in made sure to tell him how much they appreciated his service and how great he is at his job. I want to personally say how much I appreciate Shimane and his positive attitude. He made sure I had all 13 orders, including bread, butter, and forks, and did it all with a smile.

Employees like him truly make a difference.
