We tried Longhorn Steakhouse for the first time on Valentine’s Day and were quite pleased by the experience. The ambience was decent and given the day, there was some wait time involved. The service was quite good given the day and amount of people in the restaurant. One of the steaks that we ordered was quite dry and chewy and did not have much flavors. We let the server know. The manager came to inquire within minutes and was kind enough to replace the dish with a different one. The dessert was excellent but too much for the three of us to finish. We will visit this place again some time.

My sirloin and shrimp were amazing. The brussel sprouts, corn, and sangria were wonderful and my service was stellar. I don’t care for the animal heads mounted on the walls, but its a chain and that’s what they do so…I’ll go back for the food and service!

We stopped into Longhorn after a long day on the road. We were greeted with the friendly face of Cindy at the bar. She served us with southern hospitality and warmth with a twist o great personality. The food did not disappoint. Cheesy mushroom app, filet, and chick rib combo. All were excellent, fresh and hot. Gabrielle checked on us to see if we were happy and oh yes we were. Your staff gets our kudos Mr. Narrison. Raise time!!!!

Every time I go to this location and order a med well steak, they can never seem to get it right! I went tonight and got a wellllll done steak, they went back and made another. One requirement….I want it pink but no blood coming out. That is med well…..the second one came out and after the first cut…..blood all over my plate……and it had a lot of gristle …..I just gave it to my friend to take home and give to her dog!

What a fantastic lunch! Longhorns is always good. However, today’s lunch and service was just exceptional in every way!
Greeted pleasantly and seated immediately our server was right on it taking our drink order. Service continued on that pace for the entire meal with salad, entrees and drink refills happening timely.
The cold food was cold (salad). The hot food was hot (ribs, potato, soup). All the portions were large and the food was just super tasty today. Ribs were fall off the bone and very tasty with the sauce. Salads fresh and full of goodies. Baked potato soup was yummy and at good temp.
As we got ready to leave I noticed the greeter walking very slowly to seat a couple. Seemed strange in how slow she was going. And then, as they passed by the aisle opening I saw one of the older couple with a cane! What consideration that young greeter had for their customer by not leaving them in the dust.
Was a perfect ending to a wonderful meal experience at this Longhorn’s today. Complemented the manager on his entire team on the way out.

Update – we came back for the brussel sprouts unfortunately they were out of those, broccoli, and asparagus so green beans were the only option. Fortunately those weren’t bad.

I always order online for pickup so I have no idea how the inside service is. But the pickup goes smooth, order is correct. Steak cooked to perfection, loaded potatoe, and broccoli. Great food, only 25min wait. Only problem is the flimsy utensils.

I placed an order to go at this steakhouse. My steak was supposed to be well done. I got home ready to eat and the steak wasn’t even cooked. Browned on the outside and red on the inside. Talked with a manager to fix the problem. He told me he was offering me a gift card for my next visit. I received a darden email but never received the gift card. Im wondering if he was just trying to get me off the phone. This happened December 10th. No gift card yet. I will start cutting my steaks before I leave the restaurant.
