The night we went ‘appeared’ to be slow but it took us a long time to get our food/drinks. There was a bug that kept flying around our table and that was super annoying. Our server was really nice, she seemed new. The food was good tho, but my Brussels sprouts were a tad burnt. It’s definitely better than the one near our house.

Great dining experience, it has a great atmosphere, the food was great and the service was amazing. I’d recommend this location and I recommend the Outlaw Ribeye, medium rare with a loaded backed potato with a tea with lemon. Very highly recommended dining establishment, I really enjoyed my experience here from a customer standpoint and also from a good enthusiast standpoint, they have the best steaks compared to most other commercial steak houses and the menu is simple and to the point.

I placed an online curbside pickup order to be picked up at 7 PM. I never received a text notifying me that my order was ready. After 20 mins past my pick up time, I called the restaurant and was told, “yes, it’s ready”. I then had to ask if it would be delivered to my car, seeing as though I wasn’t informed on if the order was being brought out to me, even though I indicated online when placing the order that I wanted curbside pickup (I included the details on my vehicle to ensure easy delivery). I received my order after 25 minutes past the pick up time, and my food was warm, at best.

Over time, this restaurant has gone downhill. My family once frequented this location on our out-to-eat-night, but at this point, we will never return. We went on a Sunday around 5:30 PM, and the parking had minimal cars, so this should have been an easy meal. Upon entering the waiting area, it had a mildew odor. When we got to the hostess, she didn’t greet us and just stared. When I let her know our party size, she didn’t respond, looked in another direction, and kept typing on the computer. After a few minutes, she asked us to follow her to a section of empty tables, but then said we would have to move because the waiter was on break…AND WALKED AWAY! Not a follow me to the front or wait here. Nothing. Another staff member saw us half sitting/half standing, looking confused, and went to speak to the hostess. That staff member informed me that she would try and get a table ready. She cleaned a table, looked at me, but then left. After 10 minutes of waiting and no communication, we were again left standing there. Around us, the surrounding tables are happily being seated with parties of four and five without concern and quick serve. Once other customers started looking at us, because we appeared to be awkwardly standing around, we were done. Understandably, things have changed; however, things should never be this bad!

This was my first time at this restaurant on 6/27/2023. The customer service was outstanding and the steak was good but the potato was hard and dry and the broccoli was bland and a bit overcooked. I was given a wheat bread loaf that was a bit stale. I ordered to take out and it was a good thing because the restaurant smelled a bit like a damp basement. I doubt if I ever order/ eat there again.
