After a 12 hour shift, I was met with terrible customer service and an inaccurate order. I ordered the food for my niece after a long shift. The order was supposed to to be a pineapple juice with no ice so it would not water down by the time I got home. They brought out a kids cup half full with pineapple juice with no ice. I went inside and asked the host for the accurate order, a pineapple juice with no ice. She proceeded to bring me a kids cup half filled from the to go area. I asked for her to fill up the cup. She goes back to the to go area and proceeds to lie and tells me that the manager says they can’t when it was the lady working the to go area. After about 5 minutes of terrible customer service, I finally encounter someone with common sense, empathy, and great customer service. The bartender filled the cup for me and ensured that my feelings are valid. When I opened the order, the steak was not edible. I ordered a medium for my niece and the steak was well done and hard like a brick. This was a terrible experience. When I informed the to go specialist of my profession, her tone changed and she started to act like she cared. I informed her that I would be notifying her manager. I was beyond disappointed in the experience and I still ended up having to cook for my niece after ordering out.

I’s love to say something about to food however after 40 minutes of wait time we left the restaurant because every single person who had come after us was seated and we were still waiting. When I asked about the reason the staff said “you did not want a table” well nobody dared to ask. From 17:20 to 18:00 we waited (given wait time was 30 minutes) and then we left the restaurant. We went early with the hope to bear the rush hour and still could not eat. So, unfortunately I don’t know how the food was.

Site is in a good spot and looks good. Staff is very kind but the wait is absolutely insane. If they were packed it would make sense. It takes time for good food but not good service. The bathrooms (men and women) were very gross.

Absolutely unacceptable. We called ahead and were told our name wasn’t on the list when we arrived yet we were actively receiving texts saying we’d be seated in 7 minutes. Total disorganization from the start. After being seated, we were ignored for AT LEAST 45 minutes before the server even acknowledged us, then waited another 15 minutes for drinks. One person’s food at our table was never rung in, and instead of owning the mistake the server claimed it may have gone to another table and said she needed to “find it.” That is disgusting. We told her to remake it because we did not want food taken from someone else’s table. We spoke to a manager, and it somehow got worse. No apology. No accountability. He didn’t even stop walking while talking to us. After everything, no manager came back, no one tried to fix anything, and not a single apology was given. This was hands down one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had. LongHorn clearly does not care about service or customers. Do not waste your time or money here. As a server myself I don’t like leaving negative reviews but something has to be said about our experience.

We had dinner on Friday night before it got crowded. Our server Michael was very nice but he seemed new and made a few mistakes. Our salads were late – just before our meals arrived – so I’m not sure what happened there.
Everyone enjoyed the food and the steaks were prepared correctly. I don’t understand why you don’t have cocktail sauce.

We got the Patron Dragon Fruit margarita which was easy to drink a delicious. Bread and butter were served complimentary. The bread was soft and our second round was hot on fresh out of the oven.
Started with their seasoned steak house wings for appetizer which was really good. They are large wings and seasoned well.
For my entree I got the Flo’s Filet medium rare with mashed potatoes and fire-grilled corn on the cob. I loved my meal but the mashed potatoes were okay. My husband got the T-bone with corn and brussel sprouts. He enjoyed his food but the steak was drenched in butter and seasonings they add on top. I would say the same for mine. Maybe less seasoned would be good. The kids meals are a good portion size too. Comes with entree, side, milk or juice.
Our server was attentive and so nice. She made sure we got everything we needed and went above and beyond. The place was dim lighted and cozy. Glad we got to try this for our first time with a great experience.
