My kids and I had dinner here following an appointment in Anderson. The food and service was amazing. Kenslee was the server and she was great. I also appreciate it when the staff interact with my five year old too. She was so sweet to him. Overall it was a great experience and we plan to go back.

Had our Valentines dinner and of course we knew we would have to wait a while – no problem. Our waitress Shelly was great and the food was good. Only took one star because even though everything else was good – the hostess tonight however was not friendly at ALL. No “hey” when we came in just said “it’s gonna be an hour and a half atleast” when I said table for 2…then when we came in for our table she still had her RBF on and still wasn’t welcoming to other guests. Just might want to find a more welcoming face at the host stand from now on

The worst restaurant experience of my life. Our waiter went home before we even got our food. We never saw another server. We asked the last handling the tables beside us to get us a to go box and was rudely told she would not help us because we were not her table. We asked hostess to see manager who never came. I ended up going to the kitchen myself to get a to go box. We sat at the table with no one no help for over an hour. Drinks never refilled. The waiter cashed us out before he went home right after taking our order. Will never come again.

I did curbside here Saturday, and when I got home open and looked at my food my steak was burnt to a crispy. I called the restaurant up and told them that my steak was burnt she put me on hold and never came back to the phone I was on hold so long I think I listened to about 5 songs before hanging up. Fast-forward to Sunday I called back spoke to Kristen and she made everything right so yeah that’s why I gave them 4 stars.

Great Atmosphere. I like the feeling of just eating in a steak place lol. The steaks here are always good, my steak was cooked just how I liked it. Amazing fries. However I wasnt the biggest fan of the Mac and cheese or the free bread, just not my favorite. Doesnt at all bring down the quality of this place. Way better than Outback for steaks.

The service was outstanding. We could tell that the server cared about our experience. She was very attentative and transparent.
My complaint is that the “mixed greens” in the salads is entirely romaine. For someone that is looking for healthier options, I felt very limited. I appreciate that they have the calories listed per meal but this was very disappointing. I had the 7 peppered steak salad. I was pleasantly surprised that the steak was cooked almost perfectly to the temperature I asked for. The flavor was decent as well.

I had dinner here in Anderson, SC with a friend. Cheese stuffed ‘shrooms, and a Chop Steak with ‘shrimp and caramelized onion gravy with a side of crispy Brussel Sprouts, salad with Bleu Cheese dressing. Everything was really well cooked and beautifully seasoned, the flavours and textures were great!! My friend had a Ribeye that was similarly excellent! Danielle took excellent care of us!

This was the best LongHorn experience in a long time. Friday night – the place was packed. We got on the waitlist and we were 20 something in line. When we checked in, there were still 17 ahead of us so we found two seats at the bar, decided to stay there :-), released our reservation, and proceeded to have a great evening. Our bartender was moving fast to keep up with everything – very pleasant – very attentive to any needs of the bar. Food came out perfect, and was delicious. Thank you LongHorn – these good experiences are important when we, consumers, have so many choices. We’ll be back!
