The cook and all of the others working in the kitchen have it together as the food was delicious. However the hostess didn’t record our name when we initially arrived. It was only after we returned to see where we were at on the list this was figured out. Others were also checking in with her every 15-20 minutes. It was as if she went lethargic after the 6:30 rush. There was noticeable difficulty with tables not being bussed for the next guest as when we sat down there were at least 4 tables that hadn’t been cleared and all except 1 remained like this throughout our meal. It wasn’t until the 9:30 mark with about 6 families eating that they seemed to shift to clearing tables. Maybe it was an exhausting evening for the staff as there were multiple large birthday celebrations. I’ve never worked in food service and usually dine out prior to 6 p.m. so maybe this is typical? The steak had a great season even though it was cooked past medium temperature. The burger was drab. I had the parmesan crusted chicken and ribs with broccoli which was all lovely. Overall, great food if you don’t mind the long wait.

The service was very attentive. The dining area was very clean. I noticed, that the employees that were cleaning paid very close attention to detail. You don’t see that much in the hospitality industry anymore. Food was good. I had the New York Strip Steak with a baked potatoe. I ordered a special salad and it was made perfect.

Had dinner with friends. We like it here because there is not a lot of noise. We were able to have good conversation. The server was very attentive. We will definitely go there again.

This was our first time at this Longhorn location. The barmaid was rather rude once she found out we were not eating at the bar and just wanted drinks while waiting for our table. Speaking of drinks, we ordered the large perfect margarita. I filled my glass three times and I don’t believe there was any alcohol in it at all. I only drink occasionally when my husband and I go out to dinner and I always feel a little tipsy after one drink. The prices on the menu were quite high for a chain restaurant such as this. The spinach artichoke dip came and it was about four or five tablespoons worth of dip and a mountain of pita chips. Our dinners were very good but I don’t know that we will dine at this location again.

Walked in with my mother to 3 hosts standing there looking at there phones. Stood there for a few minutes while they were looking at their phones laughing and not paying attention to the customer walking through the door. My mom said she thought I said it was a good place to eat. After finally being seated we ended up next to a birthday party that was loud and rude. Almost every one was complaining about there order. The one woman complaining about her fish being to brown on the bottom. Well how do you cook something without it being cooked on the bottom. Finally got meals. Steaks were over cooked and tough. Won’t return to this steakhouse.

Our server was spectacular. Met same issues as other reviews the persons greeting/seating forgot about us even though they took my cell number and even came to our table after we were seated to ask what our name was so they could take us off of the list. My husband had Ribeye, I had the strip both asked medium, both came close to well done. Mushrooms they said were out. Salad came out without dressing. Waitress was apologetic and friendly. Loved our waitress but food was not what we have had with other Longhorns.

We drove 45 mins to your restaurant to celebrate our 43 anniversary. There was a little wait. We were seated at 5:25. It was close to 6:30 when they brought our cold food. We looked for our waitress and finally asked another server to send our waitress or the manager. Finally both came and apologized. They said they would redo it. When 7:00 came we asked to pay for the drinks and appetizers . She rang them up and actually charged us for them. Now I’m back home after the 45 min drive home with a very unhappy wife because I should have been more patient and understanding. Thanks Longhorn. You not only rained my dinner but also my entire evening.
