The service was great. Jessica didn’t miss a beat.
There was no wait. We got seated immediately.
The food was bad. All of our food was overcooked.
The parm crusted chicken, buffalo wings, bakex.potato all dry.
The stuffed mushrooms had a bitter char and were dry.
The out of the box strawberry cheesecake was good. Not real cheesecake but it tasted good.
The beer was ice cold and tasted great . but at eight bucks a glass.How long can you do that.
I still tip the server over twenty percent because she did great even if the food was terrible. But I doubt I will be back

I have eaten many times at Longhorn and never had this experience before. This past Sunday, early afternoon on 9/28, as I was waiting to get my food, the server brings the food out with a dead fly in my glazed lobster. This was very concerning to say the least. No one saw this before they put it on the table for me to eat. I lost my entire appetite. The waiter did attempt to make it right by offering a free dessert. I then asked to speak to the manager and she said that was all she could do as well. I was very disappointed to hear this. Ultimately, I just left and didn’t eat anything. But, under this circumstance, the manager should have been empowered to do more than a free dessert or appetizer ONCE I pay for another meal. Really? Come on Longhorn – you all can so better than this!

Came here for my step daughters 21st birthday. The manager MIKE said that because her ID said under 21 until 11-22-25 that she couldn’t be served alcohol. Today is 11-23-25. Someone explain to me why she couldn’t be served alcohol? We come here all the time and Mike just caused a loss of a customer!

Overall, it was pretty good food. Our server Kaya was amazing. She was friendly, kind, attentive, and had a great personality. The only reason I am giving them a rating of 4 stars is because we had to send back the brussel sprouts they were excessively salty, as was the garlic butter dipping sauce. However, they were very accommodating and did not give us any attitude upon sending it back and were quick to prepare a new batch. Everything else that was ordered was on point. I will definitely be back.

Everything went well. It’s hard to get a nice full service dinning experience on the westside. The hostess bussed the tables and sat people in a timely fashion. She did a nice job. The manager came out and helped take some pressure off as well. It was warm inside, the unc game was on the tube and service was timely. I rarely do reviews. Nice job.

We visited Longhorn on 1/1/26 and was seated around 7pm. I really wanted to try the passion fruit margarita but unfortunately they were out. Our server was Stephanie and she suggested I try the mango and strawberry margarita mixed together. She was so helpful and the drink was so delicious. Are our appetizers and main dishes came pretty swiftly and we had no issues. Stephanie was awesome and we had a great night with great service.

Stazia is one of the WORST servers I’ve ever had. EVER. To even type her name, I had to ask our NEW server, who was AMAZING! Stazia did not introduce herself, Stazia immediately walked to the table and said “What are you all drinking?”. Stazia brought no plates to the table. Stazia also got an order completely wrong, which could’ve been avoided if she slowed down and stopped leaving the table so quickly. Stazia didn’t ask if we needed refills and dropped napkins on the table only. Stazia’s attitude and demeanor were both embarrassing and terrible. Her service SUCKED to the point we had to ask for another server. Stazia also walked by the table, smirking, as if bad service is a joke. ANGIE TURNED THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE AROUND. She corrected and checked our orders, brought us fresh bread, brought us fresh drinks and refills, and constantly kept checking on us. Angie, thank you!
