Excellent experience! Our Waitress was very attentive, and management made us feel valued! We didn’t realize the time it took for one of our appetizers, but they did and took care of it , just because! Looking forward to going back.

First I would like to say I understand nobody is perfect, however, this was date night with my wife before going on a long deployment and the experience started with the host not getting our number correct because they did not read it back to us causing is to get sat in a servers section who had just got a 2 top a 12 top and then us all within 10 min of eachother. The waitress provided great service even though she was oversat and clearly overwhelmed. Our appetizer and drinks came out fine and didnt take too long. The entree took 45 minutes and came out what the manager claimed to be “medium pushing midwell” i would say it was medium well maybe a little past and i ordered medium rare. My side caesar salad had no caesar dressing and clearly wasnt tossed and have the correct amount of dressing. The whole experience was extremely disappointing, i worked at longhorn for 3 years and turned down management to pursue another career opportunity and this location does not enforce the standards and it shows. Maybe if management could get the little things right like their servers having belts non ripped jeans and button down shirts right they would be able to get the big stuff right. I will never return to this location yall ruined a meaningful night for me and my wife. Autumn c you did amazing especially given the circumstances, you rock keep it up!

I have been a loyal customer of LongHorn for over 20 yrs. I have yet to be disappointed. My favorite dish is 7 pepper sirloin (medium rare) salad. I wanted to thank management for knowing how to hire employees. Good food, good customer service and kudos on cleanliness. I do recommend Longhorn.

Writing this as I’m sitting in the booth . This Ribeye is so damn buttery and it’s hitting me in places I’m consenting to. Never had this good of a steak from here this steak was legendary. My husband loved his burger as well . Summer was our server and she was a vibe!. Longhorn never leaves me disappointed. This is my half eaten ribeye by the way , they did NOT serve it like this!.

It was our first time eating here an I wasn’t let down a bit. The staff was very friendly an our waitress was excellent an even tended bar as well.for my last big meal before I have a double spinal fusion done on Tuesday. I’d recommend every one an family to come here. TYVM Longhorn steakhouse for an excellent job with food and service.

They don’t seem to care when it comes to, to-go orders. Was excited to have some steak and it was extremely burnt, I have never seen a steak this badly burnt before and I’m not sure why they thought this was okay for someone to eat?! Very disappointed.
