Ate here on 8/4/23 and the Server Jessica J was as close to perfect as one can get when it comes to serving. The attention to detail was as it should be. Serving as she would want to be served. I’ve been served here several times with good service each time however this particular one stands out. It’s been awhile since I ate here. I just didn’t have the time. They are about 30 to 45 min away from me. But I am glad I had the time today. The food was so tender and tasted so good. I got the lamb chops with mashed potatoes with spinach and house salad. Forgot to take a picture when it first came. This is all I am able to show. Lol. My husband got a full rack of ribs and he said his food was good too. It was worth the drive. Our waitress Jessica was so nice. Thank you again for good service.

Met up with some friends from out of town and Southern Pines was a half way point for both of us traveling there….upon arrival the location was easy to get to and the facility was appearance wise nice…once inside we were greeted by a very nice lady who helped seat us in a booth section…. service was very good and menu selection was good….food was on point and we had a great experience there and I would recommend this location and staff were very helpful our friends said that I had made an excellent choice as far as a Longhorn Steakhouse and we enjoyed our meals and fellowship and time flew by and we were not rushed..Not all places are the same but this location in my opinion is everything you would expect in a well run steakhouse.

Food was good, but the runners didn’t bring out the salads on time and instead they came at the same time with our meal. Otherwise, no complaints and service was otherwise excellent. Food quality was very good. Surprisingly, the dining room was only about 2/3 full and there was a substantial wait, suggesting staff shortages. Would go again.
