Unfortunately, the experience quickly became disappointing. Our server was very dismissive and barely interacted with us. She did not introduce herself and only approached our table about 30 minutes after we were seated to take our entire order at once—from drinks to desserts. By that point, I was already frustrated with the lack of attentiveness.
After our order was taken, it took another 30 minutes for our drinks to arrive. One of the drinks was made incorrectly and was missing the sugar rim that had been specifically requested when the order was placed. Waiting that long only to receive incorrect drinks was extremely frustrating, especially since it was the only item we had received at that point. Throughout the evening, our server rarely checked on us and seemed to treat our table as an inconvenience, while attending to other tables more quickly.
We did not receive our food until approximately an hour and a half after being seated, and when it finally arrived, it was cold. At that point, I was extremely disappointed and asked for the check immediately.
I spoke with the manager about the situation, and while she did provide a $20 discount on our bill, I personally felt that the adjustment did not adequately reflect the length of the wait, the poor service, and the quality issues we experienced during our visit. Overall, the experience was very disappointing, especially considering how much I had been looking forward to dining there.
On November 29, 2025, at approximately 4:00 PM, we visited LongHorn Steakhouse. Upon arriving, we ordered drinks at the bar while waiting for our table. Once seated, we placed an order for two entrées, two salads, and one appetizer.
Suddenly, we heard yelling. When I looked around, I saw our waitress physically fighting with another female staff member in the kitchen—fully visible to customers. I was terrified and wanted to leave, fearing they would have guns or knives but my boyfriend preferred to stay and he kept talking about how good the steak was. Sawing them fighting ruined my appetite completely.
A male employee eventually brought out our entrées. My boyfriend asked about the salads and appetizer that was supposed to arrive before the entrees, and the employee returned with everything at once. Less than five minutes later, a female staff member abruptly handed us our check and told us to pay and walked away without further explanation, making it feel as though we had done something wrong and were being forced out.
The manager then approached and informed us that our waitress had been sent home due to the altercation, and that we were not allowed to tip the employee who brought out our food. My boyfriend asked if we could be assigned a new waitress since the original one had taken our order and then immediately engaged in a fight visible to the entire dining area. The manager agreed, and another visibly unhappy waitress came to our table. I asked for a Coke, and she later returned to tell me they “had no Coke.” At that point, it felt clear they were trying to push us out, even though we were not involved in any part of the incident.
When I got up to pay—because the waitress never returned—I overheard the original waitress angrily demanding, “I want my money,” toward the manager. Again, I felt unsafe. I paid another employee and left immediately.
I will never return to this location. The unprofessional behavior, lack of safety, and the way we were treated as customers were completely unacceptable.
