We visited the restaurant on a Saturday evening, and although we were initially told to wait 30-40 minutes for a table, we were pleasantly surprised to be seated within just 2 minutes.
For starters, we ordered the cream soup, which was delicious with a nice kick to it. The only downside was the wait for our steaks, which took over half an hour. However, they were absolutely worth the wait. The meat was incredibly well-prepared, and the vegetables complemented it perfectly!
Overall, we left very satisfied and will definitely be coming back for more!

Service was great.
Had the hamburger. Wow, loved the grind, great soft bun. It was a perfectly done burger.
The fried chicken sandwich was excellent as well. Perfectly cooked chicken. This was paired with the shrimp and lobster bisque. Great combination.

I had an amazing experience trying out the new steak for the first time. Apologies for not remembering my servers name, but he was great with recommendations, ensuring my sweet tea was refilled, and regularly checking on me to see if I needed anything. I like how spacious this location is with ample parking, so I don’t foresee it ever being an issue. Due to the friendly staff and great food, I will definitely be back!

We decided to have lunch at this restaurant, but it was a terrible experience. I strongly suggest you check your food before eating it. We asked the server for a well-done burger, but when my wife took a bite, it was raw meat. We asked the server to remake it, but they were short-staffed with only two waitresses. It took forever for the burger to return to our table. I had finished my meal with my daughter already, and to make matters worse, they gave us the same burger with burnt cheese and bites. They take people’s food and mix it with the other customers’ food before serving it back. What a ridiculous and unsafe practice! My wife was upset and refused to eat any more. No wonder the health department’s score is so low. It’s too bad the place and servers are nice, but we will never be returning. I agree with other reviews about this place.

It took over an hour for our order to arrive. Our silverware was not ready, and when it was finally brought to the table, it was wet and cold, which was unappetizing and unprofessional. We even had to remind our server just to bring water. He eventually told us he was covering for a coworker who called in sick, but while we understand staffing issues happen, the service gaps were still unacceptable.
Although the steak was cooked correctly, it arrived late and separately from the rest of the entree. Even worse, the grilled chicken in the salad was undercooked (pictured), which is a serious food safety concern.
Overall, this visit was a major disappointment. With long delays, poor service, and improperly prepared food, it fell far short of the standards we expect from LongHorn Steakhouse. We hope management takes steps to address these issues so future guests do not have the same experience.

This was our second time here and we knew last time wasn’t good, we thought about to give it another try. Unfortunately they haven’t change. Server got happier with the table next to us as they where more people. he saw a bigger tips that he forgot about our orders. He served each plate in our hands, meat was overcooked but we pay for it so we eat the meat. Not a good customer service, not wonder is never full.
I must said that the only thing eatable was the soups.

My experience here was horrible. While on my lunch break I came to the restaurant around 1:30pm Monday at lunchtime they took 15 minutes to get my sister & I seated. When I go to the table it was DISGUSTING crumbs and handprints on the table also crumbs on the floor. I asked the guy with the dreads when he seated us can u wipe the table ? He said nothing. When I finally got my drinks and food the silverware was dirty, the glass cups were foggy & I can see the food residue clearly on our cups. I won’t be back here to eat again I’m good on the sickness u can get from eating here. I’m surprised they have a 93 after I found a hair in my food!

Arrived early for lunch before going to the outlets. First in the door. We ordered salads and were told they have no lettuce. Of course that eliminated half the lunch specials. Forced to order a more expensive meal. And instead of our order getting on quickly, the wait time has grown. Not a good experience. Well food arrived at 11:50. My pork chop was good, but didn’t want to spend that much on lunch. My wife settled on a bowl of onion soup which was good, but not what she was looking forward to eat.

If I could rate this experience a 0 I would. I came to longhorn on 3/5 I sat at the bar. The bartender was horrible. He was a bigger mixed guy with glasses. We sat infront of dirty dishes for about 5 mins was never greeted. I had to ask the bartender for a water after sitting there for over 12 mins. When we finally ordered food I was asked if I wanted my steak medium well or well done instead of how I would like my steak cooked, it gave prejudgment. I actually don’t eat steak that way, I wanted my steak medium rare. Guess what the steak came out wrong it came out medium well. The service was horrible the food disgusting 0/10 don’t go
