We ordered the mushroom appetizer. Very cheesy and tasty. Husband got the ribeye with salad and mac and cheese and I got the parmesan crusted chicken with a salad and brussel sprouts. So filling. Had to take some home. Very good flavor. Service was good until our server got a big table and my husband was out of water and he asked her twice and never received it. It does get a bit load after 5.

I walked into restaurant and tried to order take out but left after the person taking orders was taking numerous phone calls. No acknowledgement. Too busy with phone calls and putting hand cream on hands. Went to car and placed order online for pickup. Set timer for 30 minutes. After 35 minutes I walked into restaurant and after 10 more minutes, I finally received order. The girl taking orders was doing everything all by herself. Even packing orders to go. I walked out and told nearby cars they probably should go inside to pick up order. I immediately checked my order and both appetizers cold. I ordered tonion rings and warm spinach dip. So disappointed in my order. I witnessed other staff wandering around trying to look busy. Restaurant was not crowded at this time of day. Why are not other staff members assisting? Years ago when I worked in a restaurant we all helped each other and we worked as a team.

We went to the salisbury location on 2/22/26 and I really wanted to like this location but the floor had trash all over the place. Our waitress acted like she may have been high. At one point she randomly walked up and said I couldn’t see you from over there and then walked off. It wasn’t like we called for her or anything. It was kinda weird. So then the manager walked past and started picking up trash in the floor and spilled water or some liquid in the floor from her other hand that was holding a picture. She continued to pick up trash and immediately went and grabbed a plate of food to serve to a customer and I know she didn’t wash her hands before grabbing the plate of food. So then a different girl came out with our food and spilled my food all over the table. It was just my fries that spilled but she said I will get you more fries. After waiting a while we had to ask our server about the fries and finally got my fries. I have pictures of the trashed floor you can see all through the resturant. We will not be going back to that location and that sucks because that area is not as busy as down in concord.

I’ve always had a good experience here until this time. We decided to place a pickup order online and take it to the park and eat to enjoy the nice weather while we celebrated our 11th anniversary.
However, I ordered my salad with no tomato and no cucumbers and I still received a huge amount of cucumbers in my salad. I even checked the receipt as well as the sticker on top of the salad and they both correctly stated no cucumbers. Clearly somebody misread that or was not paying close enough attention.
Really the main issue was with the lemon garlic chicken. It was supposed to be 9 oz of chicken for nearly $20, but when we received it it was legitimately not much larger than the plastic fork we received with it.
I do have to say that the curbside service was very quick and that’s the only reason for two stars instead of one.
Considering the amount of money spent here on chicken breast, I would think they would actually give you a 9 oz cut of chicken instead of something this small.
Unfortunately, we took it to a park that was about 20 minutes away and didn’t see a point in driving back all that way to find a resolution.

The Salisbury location needs to do better. Our waitress acted like she didn’t want to service our table. She preferred to play with a baby rather than working. I will NEVER visit that location again.

The service was just ok, never got a bread refill and water remained empty for about half the dinner. Steak was overcooked and fries tasted more like salt than potatoes. 60 dollars for 2 people didn’t seem worth it in my opinion. You could definitely do better at any surrounding steakhouse.

Our group of six dined here tonight around 5:30 p.m. and had the best dining experience thanks to the excellent food and amazing service provided by Myth (hope I spelled her name right). Myth was very attentive, making sure we had drink refills waiting for us before we even finished the first drink. Kept checking in with us and was happy to take a group photo for us, which meant a lot.
We all had a little something different. The house salads were filling on their own but very delicious. Their corn on the cob was the best I ever had. The pork chops had great flavor and the loaded baked potato was baked to perfection. A few in the group ordered ribs and they were happy that the ribs fell off the bone. My husband got the Mac & cheese, he LOVED it. It was rich and creamy.
The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Everything was clean and organized. Next time I need to return and leave a little room for dessert. I really want to try their cheesecake!

I ordered a to-go meal and was told it would be ready at a specific time. I waited past the promised time, which was already frustrating, but then received a call telling me I needed to come inside and pick up my order at the bar. This was a real inconvenience, especially since the expectation with a to-go order is convenience. What made it worse was that there was no apology or acknowledgment of the delay or inconvenience, just a directive. The food itself was fine, but the service and communication around the pickup experience were disappointing and could definitely use improvement.

First time here. It was packed lol. Very nice place and the wait time was only 15 minutes. I gave the service 3 stars because our waitress was asked for napkins and lemons (the lemons was supposed to be in the water she brought but they weren’t) passed us 3 times before we stopped her and had to ask her again. To which she said okay and proceeded to other tables. We waited for 10 minutes and she still for got the lemons. But whatever lol. Think she was having a long day. The wings are baked not fried so keep that in mind if you order them.
