My wife, daughter, and I all came here on 2-27-26. Amanda was our waitress and she was amazing and very attentive to us. None of our issues were from her.
We ordered a spinach parmesan dip. No complaints about it. My wife and I both ordered a ribeye and my daughter ordered a sirloin and we all ordered medium rare. None of our steaks were cooked correctly and none of them tasted like they had any seasoning. I also ordered a lobster tail with mine and it was rubbery and chewy. Our sides were decent. We both ordered the brussels sprouts and they were good. Sweet potato had a small drizzle of butter and a small sprinkle of brown sugar. Very disappointed with the food especially considering we spent over $120 for it all.

We had a group eating lunch celebrating a birthday. We had reserved a table for 10. Seven of us arrived before the others and were told we could not be seated because the entire party was not present. The time was about 11:45 so there was no wait for a table. I could maybe understand this a bit better if there was a line but that was not the case. Also as I said we had reserved a table in advance. When the others arrived we were then informed that we could not be seated until the waiter was available. I expressed my displeasure at the wait and eventually we were seated by one of the hostess staff. Again we had called ahead and the table was ready, but the hostess felt it was necessary to keep us waiting twice. Policy or not this is not the way to treat customers. A couple of the attendees had leg and back issues and should not have been subject to the wait. The food was fine and the server was good but it will be a while before I choose to return to the Longhorn in Monroe.

Leeah was an amazing server today and such a nice suprise! She not only greeted us warmly, but also sat and served us with excellent service. She made sure we had everything we needed while also attending to several other tables.
So happy we came back in today as we haven’t been in a while since customer service had been lacking, but Leeah turned that all around!
The food was also amazing with our steak being cooked exactly how we ordered, the sweet potatoes soft and well flavored, and the vegetables being greatly seasoned so also props to the back of house staff!

Usually I love long horn. Honestly our steak and porkchops were bothe quite dry. Our server was pleasant and nice. Dinner just wasn’t all that stellar for the price point.

The waitress appeared at my table before the cushion I was sitting on even had a chance to start warming up. After I placed my order, food started dropping on the table like it was falling from the sky. First my drink and then the bread & salad and a little while longer the steak.. I’m sorry Longhorn, you may have higher national ratings than your neighbor with the cinnamon butter but, they’ve got you beat for overall experience and food quality. The blue cheese dressing was runny and had minuscule bits that might have been b. cheese. The N.Y. Wasn’t marbled well and it was grizzly and fatty around the edges. I’ve had better roo-steaks ‘down under’. The waitress came back twice during the meal once to ask if everything was OK and second time to bring the check.
It might be that your crew was focused on going home since I was eating so late but, unfortunately it wasn’t a memorable experience.

My daughters & I went here to celebrate a birthday, our server was great. The food was amazing as well, it was a wonderful evening for us. I highly recommend that if you’re looking for excellent food & service give them a chance.

We have been here before and it was fine. Our server this time though Brandon O. You were stellar. You made sure our drinks were full even after running out of glasses. It took for ever for our food and the steaks were not cooked right. He took off our appetizer due to it took so long to get our food. If it wasn’t for Brandon we would have left. Thank you Brandon O. First time visiting last night. I got a appetizer and a salad. Joined some friends to celebrate one of my favorite people. I got there over an hour late and none of them had been served. The waiter finally came over and took my order after being summoned. It took the party of 12 may be two hours to be served and all the management did was make excuses. My food was good, however several in our party was treated horribly and it was a shameful spectacle of customer abuse. I think the management should be ashamed for allowing it’s customers to be treated so horrible. Overall, it doesn’t matter if the food is good or not if the customer is treated badly. Turned a dinner of celebration to confusing. I wonder why?

Do not come on Wednesdays for lunch. I used to love this place but the past two times I have been this year have been awful.
My waitress was nowhere to be seen for what feels like the entire time. Took 25 minutes to get our silverware, sat with empty glasses for 10 minutes, 20 minutes for my salad to come out (still no silverware) and ended up with a rare cooked steak when I asked for medium.
I work in a restaurant myself, I understand it is hard when the restaurant is busy but it was DEAD. I could count the tables on one hand.
It’s really disappointing when after a long day you just want to go relax and be served and you just get shitty service. Still tipped $20 though because although our waitress did us wrong I won’t be that person.
Probably won’t be coming back, Texas Roadhouse always preforms better and is way cleaner. They don’t leave crumbs and trash under and inside their booths.
