I came today as a reset day for myself and loved the customer service and the atmosphere. I did find hair in my food and it was corrected immediately. I had the sweetest waitress that did check on me every couple of minutes. Host at the door had the perfect smile and attitude and also the manger who did come and check on me multiple times after the hair was found. This was my 3rd time at this establishment and would definitely come back.

Usually I have no problems with Longhorn…the food, staff, everything is always amazing. Someone missed the mark on this visit. My husband went to pick up food for our dinner & I got the Renegade 6oz (medium well), parm topped. This cut of meat was absolutely tough & chewy throughout the entire thing. It’s only 6oz & I got only 3 good bites that didn’t have gristle, toughness or extremely chewy pieces. I recommend this steak to everyone looking for a smaller portion, but if things have changed I can’t recommend this any longer. I feel like we wasted money on this, there was more of the steak that was terrible than I was able to physically eat and enjoy. I’m so disappointed in this steak, it’s so unlike Longhorn to serve anything of this quality.

Our daughter wanted to celebrate her birthday here and have steak. We were more than happy to oblige as we are a huge steak family. Our server, Ian, was absolutely wonderful. He was very kind and I do not fault him for the experience we had with the food.
My daughter ordered a kids sirloin med-well. My husband, son, and I all order different cuts of steak medium. The sides were great.
The steaks were a disaster.
My steak was well done. For the price of the filet, well done is not acceptable if you don’t choose to eat it that way. I did something I usually refuse to do and asked to have it fixed. My entire family finished eating before someone showed up with a replacement… that was rare. Almost Pittsburgh Blue.
My husbands temp was correct but the cut was fill of fat and sinew. He mustered through as he was already upset about my experience.
My son and daughter’s steaks were flipped on the plates despite being vastly different orders and we didn’t realize until hers had bled into her fries. At that point, he cut his and was like “Uh I think this is wrong”. It was well done- hers was medium all the way through.
Overall- we paid over $140 for sides (Mac n cheese, salad, baked potato) and bread. Our waiter took 3 drinks off for the inconvenience of our food being completely wrong. My husband had beer, so that wasn’t able to be removed.
No manger stopped by – although one did walk by numerous times.
It was a highly disappointing experience and not the finale we had hoped to end my daughter’s birthday with. Unfortunately, I think we will have to go elsewhere for a nice dinner moving forward.

Me and my boyfriend have been coming to this location for a hot minute now. All the food is amazing, trays and the desserts! the staff has always stood out with there customer service and speed, ian especially stands out to us due to his energetic personality and attentiveness. he always goes above and beyond! we will continue to visit this location for our date nights!

This is the best and cleanest Longhorn I’ve ever been to outside of OKC.
Most Longhorn’s the bar is dirty and plates are still around from customers that left long time ago.
Jeanie the bartender was great!! She made phenomenal drinks!

Me, my daughter, Son-In-Love, and my two grandsons (U call them my “two heartbeats” decided to have a recreational day out and our first stop was LongHorn Steakhouse. LOVED IT! Both our waitstaff – Mikaela and Allen did an AWESOME job serving us and making sure we had refills and were enjoying our meal and kept us smiling and laughing! Mikaela and Allen You ROCK! The restaurant is very clean and the food was DELICIOUS! We will definitely be back and I truly recommend this place if you’re looking for great food, personable, warm, friendly and excellent staff giving AWESOME customer service (ask for Mikaela and Allen to serve you) then you’ll want to come here for sure!

We had a great dinner here last night. The food was very tasty and I thought the costs were reasonable. I really enjoyed Flo’s Filet. Our server Jeannie did fine, and I would feel good about going back.
There was a wait to be seated, though, and the false hostest stand when you first walk in gave us an incorrect impression that we were waiting in the correct spot for someone to seat us. Please add signage to that area or tear it down.

A wonderful steakhouse with wonderful service. We had a group of almost 20 and they seated easily at the back, and even managed to sneak in others in booths when they showed up later. The steak options were all wonderful and cooked as desired. I LOVED the strawberry side salad I got, the candied pecans and Raspberry vinaigrette was delicious. The apragus was well done, not hard like I usually get in restaurants. I also got an extra side of mushrooms. Lots of people shared sides at our table and they had no issues with our checks.
