Decided to give them a go. We went for lunch. Not too crowded at 1pm for a Saturday, but it started getting busier once we were seated. Walked in greeted immediately, told there was a 5 minute wait. We were seated, server arrived immediately, Tiffany We placed our order for Texas Tonion app. We received warm loaf of whole wheat bread with out drinks. Tonion arrived quickly. Hot with 2 dipping sauces [we asked for ranch as well] NEEDED LESS SALT, it was a touch too salty. Our order was the half rack of baby back ribs with a salad, and the 8oz Renegade Steak with baked potato. Ribs were fall off the bone, great taste. We should have ordered additional side of vegetable. The house dressing on the salad amazing. Thank you Tiffany for taking great care of us. We were never in need of anything, food arrived quickly. My only recommendation, adjust salt levels.

This used to be our regular monthly spot. Have always ordered the same thing- filet with a salad and there’s never been an issue.
Haven’t been in the last few months- decided we needed a date night lastnight and went.
We splurge, for the two of us, with only one drink our ticket was $100 which is fine and as expected.
What wasn’t, was everything has gone down hill.
We both ordered our steaks medium and I received rare. Our salad smelt so bad. Lettuce was bad and actual white fuzzy mold was on half the strawberries. (We still ate it and didn’t complain) hate confrontation.
What drew the line for us was when I ordered a Long Island- there was not one…. but two gnats floating in the bottom.
Apparently they were having a night because we overheard 3 other tables while we were there apologizing for raw steaks and someone was in the bathroom puking after an appetizer.
Our waitress’s was amazing and I felt so bad for her. Every table had an issue and she was doing the best she could. She did take the Long Island off ticket and gave a 10% discount without us asking for anything we were going to pay for everything, drink included and just never go back.
I appreciate all she did for us, but unfortunately we still will never be going back. Absolute worst out to eat experience we’ve ever had.

Hakim was the bartender with GREAT conversation and customer service! I ordered a med rare 9oz filet and it was delicious! The greeter at the door was sweet too! I came at lunch so the crowd was small and there was no wait. The ambiance is family friendly. If ever in the area, stop in and let me know your thoughts!

Let me start by saying I love longhorn. Its actually one of my favorite places to eat, however my husband and I ate there tonight and the service we received was horrible. This is the second time we have had this waitress. I thought maybe the first time she was having a bad day but I guess not. We were seated fast as always, I asked for a booster seat for our 4 year old, we never received the booster seat. It took an hour to get our food, but the food came out hot and fresh so I didnt care about that, we asked for lemons and ranch we never got it, but when the two tables beside of us asked for something she was quick to give them what they asked for. I didnt even get a refill on my drink for atleast 45 mins. I was very aggravated. Next time I want long horn I guess we will drive to another one. I only gave 1 star because the food was good.

Great food at Longhorn. We went here for my husband’s birthday since we didn’t want to spend $200 at another place. Plus, I’ve never had a bad meal at any Longhorn. This one didn’t disappoint. Firecracker chicken wraps were so good for an appetizer. My parm smothered chicken was so good I wanted more. My husband steak was cooked perfectly. All in all it was a wonderful experience.

So yesterday was my birthday. Decided id treat myself to some longhorn to go, as i do sometimes. I placed my order at 8:10, was quoted a pickup time of 8:35. I ordered a cheeseburger with fries, chicken tenders with fries, and a fire cracker chicken wrap appetizer. I showed up to the restaurant at 8:30, checked in for curbside pickup. I then sat there for 30 more minutes before receiving my food. Again, I placed my order at 8:10. I did not receive my food until 9:05. Then, I realized all of the food was cold, and my burger was a soggy greasy mess. I then brought the issues up to the curbside to go server. She snatched the food out of my hands through the window of my car with an attitude and said ‘let me go see what they want to do’ and walked off. I then waited another 30 minutes for what I anticipated would be fresh food. I receive the food, only to pull into a neighboring parking lot to realize they threw my burger patty back on the flat top and put more cheese on it, and it was greasy and lukewarm even after the initial issue. They were the same fries, cold. And my appetizer was cold. The only thing that was hot, after waiting the better part of an hour and a half, was the chicken tenders. Its ridiculous, really. I work in food service, as does my mother, and we take pride in giving people the utmost customer service and serving products they enjoy consuming in a timely manner consistently. Doesn’t take much to do that.
Ps. They weren’t busy or packed by any means. This restaurant is mismanaged.

This was my second time. I went for lunch and had the Lonhorn salmon 7oz. With a side salad and fries. I also had a wonderful glass of sangria. Everything was delicious! The food came promptly and the presentation was very nice. The salmon looked and tasted delicious. I also indulged in a cheese cake with Carmel topping and that was just amazing!
The only thing I didn’t like was the coffee. It was Luke warm too dark a very bitter. It tasted like medicine.
