I haven’t been to a Longhorn Steakhouse before, but we decided to try it for lunch since they had some lower-priced meals available. Our server was Abigail. I ordered the Half-Pound Steakhouse Cheeseburger and requested it to have cheddar cheese and be cooked medium. For my side, I chose the Loaded Baked Potato. My sister ordered the 9 oz Parmesan Crusted Chicken with Mashed Potatoes. I was not sure if we got the bread during lunch time, but Abigail brought a loaf and some butter, which we were surprised by! We then waited another 20 minutes for our food. It was worth the wait! The burger was not cooked to medium; it was more rare, but I did not mind it. I understand cooking burgers to a specific temperature can be difficult, too. I asked for the burger to just come with lettuce. The flavor of the patty was good and the cheddar complemented it well. The loaded baked potato was also very good, though I thought it could have used a little more sour cream. It was not a big enough deal for me to ask for more, though. The Parmesan-crusted chicken was pretty good! Very cheesy. We were expecting it to have breading on it, but it was grilled. The chicken was juicy and flavorful. The mashed potatoes were very good, and we loved that it came with some real butter on top! Throughout our experience, Abigail checked in on us and made sure we had what we needed. There was also someone else going around the tables making sure that they were happy, which I thought was nice, too. Overall, we really enjoyed our experience in terms of price, taste, and environment!

Darn near everything was anilated! The food was amazing , The atmosphere was very calming despite the amount of people, and we didn’t have to wait long at all. Our server Ethan was also very attentive! Will definitely come back here again… when I visit Greenville again, that is.

We USED to order curbside pick up fairly regularly. Not anymore. The last two times were colossal failures. We only live 1.2 from the restaurant so never had a problem with order. The last time, everything was wrong and cold. Tonight, I ordered a filet. Absolutely not a filet. Could not even eat it, stringy and gross, dog food. The French onion soup, not at all as previously been served as take out. Ordered a sweet potato, loaded potato given instead. Not sure if you have new cooks, management or what. But you used to do better.

Normally I Love coming here for the parmesean crusted everything and I still love coming here but for God sake can the cooks learn how to cook a medium steak. Ordered take out, the person who picked it up didn’t think it was right to cut into the steak to check it but checked everything else and it was correct, bravo. Nothing about my steak says medium. Its well done and im highly disappointed. Guess I’ll just dine in from now on so I can check my steak there to send it back. #frustrating but everything else delicious.

Food wasn’t what I’m used to receiving from Longhorn Greenville NC. I asked for Broccoli double stemmed. It wasn’t. It’s to hard for me to eat. Salmon cooked too well. I asked for extra Bourbon on the side. I didn’t have Bourbon on my Salmon or on the side. I can’t eat this tasteless fish. I ate here yesterday, it was perfect! Come back one day later, I’ll give you a 2 star, because staff was nice and manager always have a smile on her face.

We arrived at Longhorn at 11:10 on a Sunday. We have always enjoyed Longhorn food. The service today was horrible. The hostess indicated a 10 min wait. We waited to be seated for over 30 mins. The restaurant was empty. The hosted indicates they did not schedule enough staff so they could not seat people waiting until staff arrived. We asked if we could sit down because 4 of the people in our party were over 80 years old we were told no because they could not sit because of lack of servers. Long horn needs more empathy and better management of servers.

Food was good, no complaints there. However, I was very disappointed with our server, Anya D. We were never greeted, and the first thing said to us was, “What can I get you to eat?” Meanwhile, she was smiling, laughing, and providing much better service to the surrounding tables. The experience made me feel uncomfortable and possibly judged based on our casual appearance. Regardless of how guests are dressed, everyone deserves the same level of respect. You never know who you’re serving — even those who tip well in sweatpants.

To begin, the food was amazing. My steak was maybe just a tad more rare than medium-rare, but flavor and texture were absolutely tops! Asparagus was tender and flavorful.
But that’s kinda the only good point of the entire experience. Perhaps our waiter was stretched between too many tables or something explainable, but he was rather inattentive, dishes would stack pretty high before he would clear them away, food had been at the table probably 15 minutes before he came to check that everything was ok, and various other details lacked. He was a nice person, but inattentive.
Also, the building is just dirty. Inside and out.
But, for the food, I’d definitely be back!! Everything else? Nope.

Enjoyed my last visit here, our wait time was about 30 minutes but it was Friday Night around 5. I must say our waitress Kasie was phenomenal and made it all worth while. She took great care of us and the food was delicious! Make sure if you go in ask for Kasie or Brandon, you will be treated like Family! Also, FYI they offer military discounts.

UPDATE: I called in to speak with a manager and she offered a refund or a gift card to compensate for what happened. Since I eat there often, I opted for the gift card and I really appreciate her willingness to make this right. Hoped moving forward, cooks will not send out food like this. This should never have happened!
I can honestly say I’m pissed. I always dine here at least 2-3 times per month as a treat to myself and I always get the ribs. Tonight, the restaurant wasn’t that busy but I still had to wait a lot longer there I normally do for my food and even had to call inside to check for my to-go order. I literally drive an hour to get this meal just to drive an hour back home to THIS! I turned my ribs over to see this. My ribs are BURNT TO A CRISP! Then I asked my husband to check his and. And surprise surprise! His were burnt too! I have never in my life seen anything like this. I wanted this meal so bad and now I’m sitting here with nothing to eat and I’m PISSED! I had one other dinner for my mom which was a steak dinner and her steak was fine but this takes the cake! I will be reaching out for a full refund for both rib dinners and will update this review accordingly
