Longhorn gets my vote for best chain steakhouse around. Service was great the night we went, and even our requests for extra pita chips with the appetizer, or other special requests were met with a smile from our server, Brigitte. So far, this is the only steakhouse chain I have not had my steak be overcooked, YMMV. Thanks for the great food and service!!

Will be crossing this restaurant off the list of places to eat. Went with a friend for lunch on a Saturday, and surprisingly not busy. Still had to wait 15 minutes for a table. Waitress took our orders and it took a while to get our food although it wasn’t busy. Waitress only checked in with us once when we initially got our food. Nothing after that. Took asking another Waitress to find our Waitress so we could get the check. She finally brings the checks and disappears for a bit. My friend observed her standing by the check out just talking to co-workers. Eventually brings them back. We were in there for over an hour and it wasn’t even busy. Food was okay but not worth waiting that long and service seriously lacking. Don’t plan on going back.

I recently dined at LongHorn Steakhouse, and while the service from our waitress was exceptional, the chef struggled to get my steak cooked to medium-well, repeatedly serving it well-done. Despite this, our waitress was incredibly kind and apologetic, making the situation much easier to handle. On a positive note, my son’s burger was cooked perfectly, and the fire-grilled corn on the cob was delicious. Overall, the service was amazing, and the other dishes were satisfying, but the steak left something to be desired.

The appetizer came quickly, but after that there was a long wait for our food. The steaks & burgers were cooked as requested. The side salad was huge. The food all tasted good- but the steaks were heavily salted. I ordered sangria & it was not the best. The atmosphere was very loud, but it was Mother’s Day so it was busy. The waitress seemed to have an attitude that she was just barely keeping under control. She only smiled once @ the end of our interaction.

Had a great birthday celebration here recently with my family, we were sat down relatively quickly and my food was outstanding. Waitress was very helpful and had great timing with everything. Lives up to the Longhorn standard across the country.

This is my second time going here with my family as a very big group of about 16 people to eat for a birthday or the last time we went for Sunday dinner. The service was as good as it could have been. There’s not much I can say about that I didn’t leave a big tip that’s for sure but at least they got the food out. I enjoy myself every time I come here it’s very clean the food is delicious and that beats any type of service I could get there. Please go and enjoy yourself for a date night or a family night at this wonderful restaurant and I’ll be back again especially for the shrimp and the wonderful martinis.

Great food and excellent service! Our appetizer came out quickly and we had time to enjoy it before our meal was brought to the table. My steak was cooked to perfection! Definitely going back.

Disappointed, sat down ordered water with lemon and a house margarita waitress said” premium margarita correct”, no house margarita. Water comes out, no lemon, margarita comes, doesn’t even resemble a margarita and it was gross, didn’t say anything, asked for lemons again, ordered steak, mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli, steak came out cold, broccoli was raw not steamed with a cheese soup on it. Menu said entree includes one side, waitress said no includes 2 sides, check comes and I’m charged for extra side she said was included. I never once complained paid my bill and still tipped her well. Bottom line they totally mislead you and act like they don’t hear what you order to raise the bill, it’s to bad I eat out often and am a foodie, this place not on the list moving forward. Would love a response from a manager but in the meantime do yourself a favor and go across the street to Texas Roadhouse. I’ll post again if I get a response

If you ever doubted that steak could be an art form, let me introduce you to the 7-Pepper Steak at Longhorn Steakhouse in Goldsboro. I stopped in Friday night, and wow — flavor fireworks! Each bite was like a perfect cowboy symphony of spice and tenderness. Whoever’s manning that grill deserves a chef’s hat made of pure gold. The balance of pepper and juicy perfection could make a vegetarian reconsider life choices.
The service? Friendly and quick — these folks run the place like a well-seasoned machine. The atmosphere had that perfect mix of western charm and good-time energy, making you want to linger just long enough for dessert (which I highly recommend).
Final Verdict: The new 7-Pepper Steak isn’t just food — it’s a masterpiece carved by the steak gods themselves. Hats off to the chef and crew for setting the Goldsboro steak standard sky-high!
Thank you, Longhorn Steakhouse team, for turning an ordinary Friday night into a five-star flavor rodeo. Can’t wait to come back for another round of steak heaven!

Heard of Long Horn but this is my first time ever eating here so i was so excited to try it out!
Walked in and was happy that there wasn’t a waiting line, of course it was a Tuesday.
We were seated and given a thick menu. At first it was a bit scary because i thought there was a ton of food to choose from but the menu is thick because of what it’s made of.
The menu was definitely a nice choice of foods and if you didn’t know the difference of the different cuts of meat, there is a section which describes them.
We chose two appetizers, choose our food and then picked up extra foods for my mom and dessert.
The food was definitely filling, we had to take half of everything home. My sirloin steak was cooked exactly the way i like it. My husband’s ribeye steak was exactly the way he likes it.
The only complaint i have is that the seasoning of the steak was a bit much on the salty side. I ate half because i couldn’t take the sodium any more and figured i can lessen it at home but other wise, we enjoyed our meal, and will come back!
