We’ve been coming here for years but today we had a delightful experience. Our hostess kindly greeted/seated us and our server (I can’t recall his name) was very friendly & efficient. Our waters stayed topped off!! The bread was fresh, the mushrooms were delicious and our meals were quite tasty (see pics below). Ohh, and definitely try the chocolate stampede for dessert!

This is my second time going to a LongHorn Steakhouse and both of my experiences were very good. Our waiter was friendly and patient. I ordered the Strawberry Pecan salad which was insanely good and the shrimp and lobster soup as shown in the picture. I loved the soup and the bread that we got which was already good on its own tasted delicious paired with my soup. When we ordered more bread we got it almost instantly. I also like the way the restaurant is set up. It is dimly lit with comfortable booths with a light near the table which makes it seem very highscale in my opinion. Overall this place is great and absolutely have no complants.

We went to Longhorn for the first time to celebrate our son’s birthday. It was a Friday night and very busy, but we put our name on the waiting list before we left our house, and our wait was very short. My son and husband ordered steaks, and I ordered salmon. The food was delivered quickly, our waiter was very attentive, and everything was great. We really enjoyed the spinach cheese dip appetizer and the Brussels sprouts. We’ll definitely go there again.

I was out of town and didn’t want a large chain restaurant so I checked out the ale house next door. I didn’t like the smell and the menu was not impressive so I went next door to Longhorn’s. So glad I did! I can always depend on a Longhorn for a great steak and friendly staff. Never settle for less just because it’s a chain. Sorry I didn’t take the photo before I was almost done, but it was someone good! Thanks!

The food tastes like nothing. Very low quality. Fries feel like they came from a frozen bag, mushrooms like they came from a can, and rice like it came from an instant rice package.
On top of that service is meh and very slow.
But most importantly, this place is filthy (see pic attached). I waiting 15min before taking this picture, and while they did clean the table, no one bothered to clean the floor.

My wife and I chose LongHorn Steakhouse for Valentine’s Day expecting a pleasant and memorable dining experience. Unfortunately, the evening was overshadowed by serious concerns about cleanliness and service.
Upon being seated, we were given silverware that was visibly dirty. I had to request hot water from our waiter to clean the utensils myself, which is something no guest should have to do. When my meal arrived, the plate it was served on had noticeable black smudges on it. I immediately brought this to the manager’s attention.
Although a replacement plate was provided, there was no genuine sense of urgency or concern shown. Considering we had already waited an extended amount of time for our food, this solution was far from ideal. My wife had already begun eating, and asking her to wait would have meant her food becoming cold. As a result, we were forced to eat separately during what was meant to be a special Valentine’s dinner.
What was most disappointing was the manager’s dismissive and nonchalant response. Clean dishware is a basic and non-negotiable standard in any restaurant. Serving food on dirty plates and providing unclean utensils raises serious concerns about overall sanitation practices.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues to prevent other guests from having a similar experience.

We went for my son’s Birthday and everything was fantastic. It was a Sunday and they looked very busy but even though the place was packed we got seated right away and our waitress was excellent and the food as well. It’s been awhile since I feel I’ve gotten such a high level of service. Most restaurants these days seem understaffed. Kudos to Longhorn for a job well done. We had a great experience.

Fantastic Service and food!! We got the onion petals, and the Wild west shrimp omg! We both ordered burgers and they were cooked to perfection, the fries were cold but we were happy non the less. But the best part of our mean was the French onion soup. It’s was the best I have ever had at a restaurant, I even got some to go. Service was top notch, they’re was nothing we had to ask for because our server was on top of it. We’ll be back!

I brought my mom here to treat her to dinner and I was not disappointed. My wife and my mom and I each had ribeye steaks. We each felt the steaks were cooked to perfection. My mom did comment there didn’t seem to be enough dressing on her Caesar salad, but other than that, all of the food items were great.
