I’m sad to leave a bad review about the steak restaurant that turned me into a steak lover many years ago when we had to drive to Greensboro to go to one. I haven’t eaten at this Winston Salem restaurant very much since the pandemic and the three times have been pickup. I always get the Flo’s filet because it’s so tender and melts in your mouth. I’ve learned to order it medium because medium rare has become to mean warm, totally red throughout and I like mine just a little bit more than that. I’m definitely not the person who wants their beautiful steak cooked to death!

Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Unfortunately, the steak was more rare than medium rare but because it was late on a weeknight we chose to eat what we had rather than send it back. Other than that, the food was delicious and the service was great!

Took so long to get a simple to go order. The girl at the bar Kayleen was so rude. After waiting 20 mins, she comes and says no to go orders are ready I’ll cash you out when your food comes. I said I can go ahead and pay. She insists she will cash us out when the food is up. She starts doing whatever behind the bar comes back about 10 mins later and says. “Are you ready to pay”. So I respond I’ve been ready and I told you that 10 mins ago. She cashes out the order then drops the change on the counter then goes to the manager I guess.

Awesome food! Stuffed Mushrooms (yum,) Parmesan Crusted Spinach dip (excellent!) French Onion soup (good but real rich,) and Caesar Salad!!! Small filet with Sweet potato!!! He loved it!!! Excellent service, fast and very clean!!! We’ll be back!!!

We had a great server. I think the name was Vlad. The meal came quickly and was as ordered. The wait was about 30 minutes. We were surprised at that time on a Monday but the weather was great and the time passed quickly. A very nice meal.

The service can improve a bit, had a 30 minute waiting time to be seated, but once seated, the waitress was very nice. The food is top notch amazing and delicious, had the half rack of ribs with mac n cheese and fries, the meat pretty much melted off the bone, it was juicy and tender just heaven in my mouth. The mac n cheese was unlike any other, and the fries were alright.

Good, attentive (sometimes overly) service. Crowded, stuffy environment. People were constantly brushing past me while seated. They need ceiling fans to get some airflow into the building. Food was generally good. Excellent bread, steak was very undercooked (asked for medium well, got medium rare) but I never send back my food unless I can see it being prepared.
