Longhorn Steakhouse provided a great experience for a busy Labor Day lunch. We walked in at 1:23 PM with no wait, even though the restaurant was busier than expected and the noise level was a comfortable 3 out of 10. After being asked if a table was okay, we requested a booth and were accommodated easily. Curtis, our server, greeted us and although he seemed a little rushed due to the holiday crowd, he remained kind, accommodating, and checked on us just enough without hovering. The heavy silverware stood out as a nice touch, and the fresh bread with butter was served promptly and was absolutely delicious. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a large salad—much bigger than a typical side salad—which was fresh and tasty. For entrees, we had a New York strip prepared rare and a sirloin cooked medium well, served with broccoli and an additional side salad. The broccoli was cooked perfectly with a slight crunch and flavorful seasoning. Our steaks arrived at 1:48 PM, both cooked exactly as ordered and seasoned perfectly. Overall, Longhorn delivered a satisfying meal with excellent food and attentive service, making for a genuinely enjoyable lunch on a busy holiday afternoon.

First time trying it and I was highly impressed. Food was amazing. I got the chicken parmesan with a garlic sauce and oh my goodness. Yummy.

Love love love LongHorn’s steaks! That’s what I usually get – decided this time to get the field greens salad with salmon. I had never had a salmon steak – only salmon patties. It was done to perfection, super flaky, and very good! Will never hesitate to get salmon in the future. The rest of the salad was fresh with plenty of ingredients. Their housemade thousand island was very good as well. Had the strawberry shortcake for dessert – large portion and scrumptious! Service was excellent – will be back!

My family had dinner at this restaurant on Monday the 29th of December. My father had passed away on the 24th and this dinner was the first time many of us had seen each other in over a decade. The food was great and our waiter was phenomenal and polite.
However, the manager was mean cold and nasty to us. She’s got irritated when I asked how much longer the weight would be for a table… she slammed our menus down while staring at me as if I had personally offended her.. and refuse to speak to us as where we left thanking her for the table. I have never been treated so horribly by a person in the service industry.. She made a very difficult time for our family all the more harder with her attitude… someone like her does not belong in a public facing career.. and I for one will never go back to a Longhorn steakhouse as long as I live

I stopped here just to grab a quick lunch. I ended up getting the Grilled Chicken & Strawberry Salad And a baked potato. I didn’t really care for the dressing, but I tasted it before I put it on the salad. The salad was very good by itself. I love the strawberries in it. The potato was excellent but a little small. The skin was tasty and I love eating the skin on baked potatoes. All in all it was great. The best thing was the service we received. Sabrina was an excellent waitress and took care of us so well. My wife and friend also appreciated the meal and the service. Great place to stop for lunch.

I eat here for special occasions because they are better about cooking my steak correctly than other steak places nearby. (Medium rare is apparently really hard for restaurants to get right.) The salads are made to order and the vegetables are never overcooked. The Outlaw Ribeye is very good. The roasted mushrooms are extremely salty and I won’t be getting them again.

Service was great! They were very busy so we did have to wait about 15 for a table. 2 steaks were overcooked so we got new ones. They were cooked well but overseasoned and neither had a good flavor. Chicken was very good. The floor had a lot of food/debris on it. Out server Abby was very kind, understanding, and attentive.

We’ve always had pretty good experiences at this location. They have some of the best chicken tenders around, and I love the ranch (pro tip: butter your bread and dip it on the ranch and ask for the ginger chili sauce on the side – soo good!) My husband really enjoys the French onion soup because they don’t ever skimp on the cheese. Overall everything has always been good. Service has sometimes been slow but as a rule it’s good as well.

We came here to celebrate my partner’s birthday and had a fantastic experience! The food was amazing; we tried the steakhouse wings and Wild West shrimp, and both were absolutely delicious. We also ordered two long pour margaritas (strawberry and mango)… SO yummy!
Rebecca T. was our server and she was FABULOUS! Super friendly and attentive, she made the evening even better.
We arrived around 7:30 PM, they were a little busy, but we were seated with basically no wait. It took about 10 minutes for someone to come by for drinks and appetizers, but once we ordered, they came out quickly.
There were a couple of things out of stock at first and a small mishap with my food, which caused about a 30-minute delay. But once everything was back in stock, the kitchen nailed it! The food came out perfect, and honestly, we didn’t mind the wait, it was WELL worth it.
Highly recommend this LongHorn for great food, great drinks, and even better service. We’ll definitely be back!
Oh & what we got: Parm crusted lamb chops with a sweet potato & asparagus
Lemon garlic chicken with a Caesar salad & steakhouse Mac & cheese

We had a table of 6 (4 adults and 2 toddlers). We were seated after a 20 minute wait. Which wasn’t bad for a busy Friday night. 3 of the adults ordered ribeyes and one a slab of ribs, kids both had their own kids meals. When the steaks were delivered they were cooked perfectly. But the seasoning was quite spicy. My son and myself ate ours regardless but my daughter in law is nursing and can’t tolerate heat so she asked for an unseasoned steak. To be frank mine ended up upsetting my stomach. The manager brought her steak out and was visibly upset. He handed her the steak and said ” cut it and make sure it’s ok”. She cut it but didn’t look because we were frankly shocked at the attitude. We were not fussing or rude to anyone. Then he marched off. When she made the second cut to actually eat it the steak was rare instead of medium rare. We spent $181. With tip and won’t be back there again. My daughter in law wrapped up the steaks and took them home without having any. She did eat her potato. So my advice is if you go there and have a problem be sure to call the manager out and tell him personally so he can be embarrassed like he did to our daughter in law tonight. SHAME ON YOU LONGHORN STEAKHOUSE MANAGER!
