Very good food, and great service. Only negative thing I can say is my wife was trying to let the waitress know it was my birthday, however the waitress couldn’t pick up on the cue. The waitress was busy so can not blame the waitress.

I did a to go pickup order. The restaurant was packed. I didn’t mine waiting extra time for my order. However for the price I paid I expected it to be cooked correctly. I ordered a medium porterhouse & medium lambchops. Once we went to eat they both cooked well done!

First time at this location. 45 min wait but it was Sunday afternoon so we expected that. Not crowded at all. Was seated after receiving a text that we were up next. Waitress came right away and took our drink orders. Then came back for our dinner requests. The food came out quickly and it did not disappoint. Looked and tasted amazing. I had the sirloin 6oz and buttered shrimp and my so had the same plus added broccoli. We both enjoyed it to the fullest. I was so full ,took the rest to go. Will definitely be back. Waitress was amazing by the way…

My recent go to has been the filet with the added Parmesan crust and it is heavenly. I ask for medium and it’s always cooked perfectly. Longhorn is without a doubt the best steakhouse we have in colonial heights, by far.

My hubby & I came here for lunch last Thursday. We were greeted and seated quickly, our servers were Jordan & a trainee. Both were very sweet and polite.

We ordered a lot of food. My side salad was strawberry & pecan. It was huge and also delicious. We had bread, an appetizer, mac and cheese, and more, but I only took a pic of the appetizer before diving into everything else!

This review is getting a little long, so I’ll just say 5-stars! Can’t wait to come back and try more food on the menu!

On the date of service our party was unable to be seated due to the lack of courtesy of the manager. At the time of request, I was informed that my party of 10 would be seated in 30 minutes. That turned to over an hour with several parties being sat before ours. The justification was that the server was unable to be assigned to the area – which would not have been a problem IF we were told that they would be unable to accommodate our seatng. We would have accepted a recommendation to another location or reataurant. Instead, we were told it would be another 30 minutes. When the mananger was requeated, the lack of concern and poor customer service was distrespectful and triggering. I am not certain which manager it was and I have the submitted the concern to corporate. I collected the cards of the managers at that location. We were able to call ahead to another reataurant four minutes from this one, and within minutes of arriving, were seated. I am not certain of the proper resolution to this situation other than to encourage managers to be more empathetic and honest when taking seating. If the reservation/seating cannot be accommodated, it would be a grand gesture to eithr reecommend another location or establishment

We ordered 3 medium well ribeyes and had 2 send all 3 back. 2 for being undercooked and 1 too tough to chew. The manager came to the table and spoke with us and took 10% off the bill which totalled around $10 for our bill. Still paid $70 for a meal we had to box up and bring home by the time we ate our sides, they brought our steaks back with new sides after a pretty long wait. I must say or server was amazing and not her fault by any means. When you pay $30 for a steak, you expect better.

Our family has dined here before with no problem. Today, the complete opposite happened. What was supposed to be a 30 minute wait became a wait over an hour and our name being taken off the list. Understandably, a server was not able to attend to our party. The better solution would have been for us to be told that when we made the first inquiry about our reservation. Instead, we were falsely told that it would be another 30 minutes. We watched SEVERAL parties be seated ahead of us with no updates from the hostess – and we were sitting across from the station. The manager, when looking for a resolution, only made the situation worse. The lack of empathy and combativeness of the response was triggering. We were able to be seated at another nearby restaurant with no issues. There is no resolution to the situation; only to encourage the management to be aware of how words come across and to be honest when seating if you can’t accommodate, say so. The interaction was frustrating and unnecessary.

I can’t say for my other party members, but I expected more out of a 22oz steak. It wasn’t cooked evenly. Where was the seasoning?!!! Service was meh and even slow when the restaurant was quiet.

Hostess could not help us get a hold of our server so we could finally get our check. They just stood there with a blank look on their face when I asked for assistance.

Lastly, when we arrived there were about three table taken. We had two people that would be arriving a bit behind us and at first they were talking about not seating us until everyone arrived. I would understand this if they were busy at the time.
