Excellent BBQ ribs and some of the best blue cheese dressing (the salad is very good also) I’ve had anywhere! Our server, Lee, was great! He was genuinely friendly and wanted to make sure we had a very nice dining experience. I sent my ribs back so that they could be cooked a little more (I prefer that my ribs be cooked more than usual for more char-grill flavor and to caramelize the BBQ sauce). The manager (Brenda) brought them out after the re-cook. She was genuinely friendly, very nice and she wanted to make sure we were completely happy with our dining experience. In previous visits we’ve had Lexus and Phillip as servers and they were both awesome!!

I regularly travel to VA and a big fan of Longhorn. However the one in winchester is discusting and the servers treat everyone as if we are just numbers and coukd care less if it takes an hour to get a simple welcome once we are at a table. Places is seriously understaffed and some of the basic things like clean bathroom and locked doors are not happening. Manager should be ashamed of himself for allowing such discust. The bar during busy times needs two people not one and the dining room is needs more servers. A door knob costs $30.00 to replace and in most places the bathrooms are cleaned every couple of hours. Not here. Pretty basic stuff.

My husband and I had a nice lunch experience here. Delicious food, friendly staff, clean restrooms, friendly attentive staff, easy accessibility, plenty of parking. I do wish they had prime rib since they are a steakhouse.

We ordered the 20 oz Ribeye as a special Christmas occasion treat for my wife and myself. The steak was so tough we couldn’t eat it that being said it was so embarrassing to sit through the entire meal and trying so hard to eat the ribeye steak. We managed it eat about 25% of it and we just gave up and asked for a to go box.

Worth every penny, and it was a few of them spent. Great service and food was done quick. We where worried at first because of a table of 25-30 where in the middle. Drinks came out fast and so did the meal. I love the Cowboy Ribeye, cooked perfectly.

Had dinner here tonight. Steaks were cooked just right, excellent flavor. Server was polite and prompt. My only peeve was the “Suggested Gratuity” calculations. In VA, Gratuity is done on meal total, before tax. Their convenience totals were based for the full amount. When tax alone added $25 to the subtotal…

Was our first time going to any Longhorn. By far the best experience we have had at a restaurant in awhile. It was busy at the time we went (1/10 @5:30ish) all staff was calm and polite to the customers and each other which so often you see servers stressed and managers yelling, this again was not the case. The atmosphere was welcoming as well. Our server Abbie M was a FANTASTIC server! The best one we have had at a restaurant in the area!
The food was also amazing in taste and presentation! Not to mention what we got was reasonably priced! 100/10 would recommend this Winchester location!
