Great food! Reasonable prices for a steakhouse. Steaks are properly grilled to order. I highly recommend the wild west shrimp appetizer and renegade sirloin steak. Excellent service. Friendly staff and efficient serving. They’ll bring boxes for leftovers and bring you a bag to carry them. Whether or not they offer you a drink to go is hit or miss. The only problem is lack of wheelchair accessibility. There are a limited number of wheelchair accessible parking spots available but a wheelchair user cannot get into the restaurant or the restrooms unassisted. (The doors are too heavy) There are enough people coming and going that there’s nearly always a kind person to hold the door for you but a restaurant chain of this size, that has matching buildings across the entire country, really ought to be fully accessible (and could be with the simple installation of a few push button door openers.)

I recently picked up a large order for a family birthday and was blessed to work with one of the managers, Rhonda. She was very helpful and assured me there would be plenty of food and would be ready at pick up time. Our meal was packed up nicely and stayed hot until we served it. It was delicious, just as if we ate in the restaurant. Thank you so much Rhonda and the other employees that helped.

Call ahead seating didnt even help. We arrived on time to wait 1 hrs and 30 minutes. Only to watch 3 other large tables seat ahead of us. All the while the online status showed us at the top of the list to be next. Its clearly unorganized, and communication amongst the service staff, managers, and hostesses. We never made it to a table after asking multiple times when we would be sat. One excuse was that they sat the large table in booths. We weren’t even offered the option. Not only did this happen to us. We watched others leave for the same reasons. I’d love to give your a review of the food. But we left hungry and irritated. Zero apologies or accountability from management. Please save your time and money.

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered a baked potato and medium steak and got a salt lick fit for a horse and live cow. Eating out anywhere in Hagerstown has become a pointless venture. Nobody who works at these places cares anymore. Embarrassing.

Really solid location to go to, especially at open. We were in and out in a timely manner. Appetizers came out super quick. We were greeted and seated and eated! Can’t go wrong with their appetizers, everyone sleeps on them. Great spot right next to major outlet mall

It has really gone down hill. We go there alot. Usually with a 10 to 15 top. And would normally get sat pretty quickly for the size of our group and get good service with the food coming quickly. We have gone twice within the last month and both experiences was bad! We had two different servers which is normal for our size of group. One was a good server and the other was horrible! One half of the had there food while the other side had to watch them eat. At one point I watched the bad server stand with a plate of food in his hand standing across the restaurant talking with another worker for 4 or 5 min. Then they proceed to bring the food to our table. Ended up telling them to make mine to go and that was missing the appetizer. Going to start taking our group elsewhere.

Salad was so fresh and flavorful, and it was January 7th. I couldn’t get over how crisp and flavorful the lettuce was and vegetables in it.
Had the half ribs and Parmesan crusted chicken with loaded baked potato. The rib meat was so tender, fell off the bone and once again flavor was amazing. The chicken was also tender and Parmesan sauce was fantastic. And the baked potato was cooked prefect and just the right amount of toppings.

I was very disappointed with my experience here. The steak I was served was clearly reheated in a microwave, even though I ordered medium rare – it came out dry and overcooked. On top of that, I found a hair in my mushrooms, which is completely unacceptable, especially considering the high prices. I honestly don’t understand why it’s so expensive for this level of quality. I’m attaching photos to show what their idea of “medium rare” looks like.
