My visit yesterday was pretty good. If you are comfortable, it a little hoodish.I saw bonnets and pjs but that did not bother me. I came there for the food. I ordered the Wild West Shrimp and it was amazing. I got a side of Crispy Brussels and they were delicious. I did ask for the honey ginger sauce to go with the brussels. My only critique was, they were out of bread and lamb chops. My husband only wanted the lamb chops but he got a steak and said it cooked to perfection. (medium rare). For a Thursday night it was really crowded and our wait was about 30 mins but this is tax season so that could be a reason.

Not bad at all. Stopped in for a quick bite on Sunday as soon as they opened. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Started with the bread and it was hot and pretty good. My wife ordered the 6oz sirloin with the loaded bake potato and she also ordered the strawberry salad which was amazing. Fresh greens and fruit with a dressing that compliments the salad perfectly. I grabbed the smokehouse wings and the stuffed mushrooms which I highly recommend. Overall place was clean, the beer was cold, and I enjoyed everything that was served. We’ll be back for sure.

This was very disappointing. I had a reservation for 2:45 and didn’t get seated until 3pm. It was very chill here so I know it being busy or “short” staffed wasn’t the problem. Upon arrival I was walked past serval times and nobody asked have I been assisted nor was I greeted. It took around 25 minutes for my food to come out and it was wrong I ordered Parmesan crusted fries with tenders and it had no bacon. She brought the food back out and I asked did they just slap the bacon on top and she said no but the fries were nearly burned and it was on the same plate as before. She walked past multiple times and didn’t check on us nor offer us refills. While she was semi nice you could tell she didn’t care. The spinach dip was the only thing acceptable . Once we requested refills she brought us the wrong drinks. At the end of me leaving I seen 2 staff in the bathroom having full conversations nothing related to work and I didn’t want to use the bathroom because of how unsanitary it was. There was literally poop on the toilet, trash on the floor and sink.

The service was good!!! The food was decent. The Spicy Chicken Bites have a decent amount of spice. They’re like a step above a Buffalo Wing sauce. So if you are used to Ghost Pepper or Carolina Reaper, these ain’t them!!! The 7 Pepper Sirloin was very good!!! Along with the Parmesan Crusted Chicken.

I do not like the idea of paper straws. Mushrooms 10/10 steak 7/10 mashed potatoes tasted like it was from yesterday. Lobster & broccoli was a little on the salty side based on our taste buds.

Today I placed an order that clearly stated bread was included with the meal. When I arrived, the order was given to me without the bread and no explanation was provided. Only after I approached the staff was I told — in a rather irritated tone — that I would not receive any bread because their oven was broken.
This was very disappointing. If an item listed on the menu is unavailable, customers should be informed in advance or at least given a polite explanation at pickup. An equipment issue is not the customer’s responsibility.
I hope you handle situations like this more professionally in the future.

Visited here again for lunch and have to say same old result to start food and drink Quality needs serious improvement when you come to a steakhouse your expectations is receive good food and service I’m a coffee drinker and expects a hot quality drink to relax and set me in mood for my dining experience my coffee was delivered cold and tasteless as if it was brewed in early morning, the bowl of Lobster chowder seem overcook or leftover from previous night very bland, my entree was the 12oz NY strip served with mashed potatoes again very bland and tasted like from a box my other side which was very disappointing again the seasoned? Pilaf Rice now again I’ve had better in other restaurants/countries my steak was supposed to be med well or I should have said medium it ruins the flavor to have a steak served well done! Please retrain and work with your cooks because after a year same old quality my expectations where not met again.

Food was good. dirty menu with sticky substance on it. Waitress walking around arguing with coworkers and venting to customers about their workload and ppl tipping seemed wildly unprofessional. After we ordered it was as if we dropped off the servers radar. No drink refills no checking on us, literally had to go to empty table to get sauce. Then when we got half way into our meal pops up with boxes asking if we were ready for check. Good food poor service etiquette

It was a mildly busy Thursday night with a 20 minute wait. There was no bread, but the restaurant did put up signage. My partner had an impressively large bone in steak which he devoured and I had the chopped steak which I ordered medium but should have ordered medium rare for the little bit of pink. Our wait staff was very attentive.

Second time being at this location. First time wasn’t bad. Service was slow. Went a second time and the tables were half full and they said it was a two hour wait which is INSANE. They must always have staffing issues because they were slow the first time we went due to not having enough cooks. So to now have half the restaurant full with twenty people waiting is insane. Also, I’ve never seen a place with three hosts…that’s just a waste of bodies. Management needs to do better. Back to VA restaurants we go.
