We have been dining at this longhorn location at least twice a month for over 10 yrs. It’s had its ups and downs,at one point we didn’t want to eat here anymore because our steaks had problems at least 3-4 times in a row,but we are loyal so we kept going back,not to mention the manager would always take care of us for any issues. I’m happy to say our loyalty has payed off,the last 3-5 times we have eaten here our steaks were so good it made our mouths water as we were eating it,we were basically drooling over our food, literally, . The managers name slips my mind but he is the smaller Italian looking guy with a mustache and 5 kids,lol,I want to acknowledge you because it seems like our steaks are a step up when he is there,he is the reason we kept coming back,he is so friendly and professional,when he is there it’s a different vibe,his whole staff,from hostess to waitress to cook to mangmnt are all welcoming,friendly,happy, professional and fast,I can’t say we have ever had a complaint about our food taking to long,they are well trained and focused. We appreciate a good steak,thank you for serving us great ones. Whatever you have rite now, (employees/cook)is perfect don’t change a thing, ❤️

Lovely dinner experience with my sister for her birthday. Food was excellent & prepared correctly to our requests.
Our server was very polite & was not constantly hovering, however was appropriately checking in and refilling drinks swiftly. Timing of serve was perfect and presentation was hot. You simply must try the baked sweet potato!
My sister loved the western decorating and overall ambiance. I noted a door dash pick up at bar and upon leaving, their curbside pickup for mobile orders. After working late one evening I opted for a meal to go and was given a 5:11 pick up time that realistically was 5:28. Food upon my arrival home 7 minutes later in a heated car proved to require a brief zap of microwave energy to achieve a preferable temperature. I found the meal to be delicious & will definitely do again with the free appetizer coupon they gift you to return.

We got there right around 6 pm on Saturday and it was very full. There was a 30-40 minute wait, with quite a few people waiting to be seated. I was so glad we got on the waiting list online. Highly recommend that to avoid the wait.
We got seated in a few minutes and were greeted by our waitress right of way. The atmosphere is very nice and has that western feel with the decor. Country music playing in the background.
For dinner, we got a Rib Eye steak w/ mashed potatoes and a house salad. A NY Strip steak w/ broccoli and house salad. Also, we were served a loaf of bread while we waited.
The Rib Eye steak was ordered and cooked to medium and came out perfect. It was quite thin for steak. It wasn’t grilled, but had good seasonings on it and was very tasty. Mashed potatoes were good and the salad was fresh with raspberry vinaigrette, which was also tasty.
The NY Strip was ordered medium but came out medium-well to well done. It was very thick, grilled, and a bit charred. It had a good flavor but was overcooked. The broccoli was mushy.
For dessert, we ordered the Molten Lava Cake. It was very rich and delicious. It had a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream on it, which was also very good.
Overall we were very pleased with the food. It was for the most part delicious just a little overcooked on the one steak and veggies. It was much better than the Outback. This restaurant is pretty consistent on quality.

Delicious. Salad had a tad too much dressing – next time I’ll just ask for it on the side. Steak was a tad too salt but overall amazing. Rather salty then not seasoned I suppose! Has A1 which is my favorite. Can’t wait to go back.

Had a great meal here. Our steaks were cooked precisely as we ordered and came out quickly. Salad was fresh and plentiful. Sides were perfectly done, and the bread fresh . Our server was a delight, quick and efficient. All in all a very positive experience. Will be back.

We came in at 3:45 before they got busy we were seated immediately. after being seated we sat there for 30 minutes without being acknowledged we finally flagged down another server to find out if there was even a server for our table. Shortly after a very nasty heavy set girl come over with an attitude asked drinks then nastily asked for our food order as well. We requested to speak with a manager due to allergies as we do anytime we go out as one of us has life threatening food allergies. She argued about getting the manager. I finally had to say just go get the manager at this point we had been there 45 minutes without even drinks. She then snapped at me telling me not to get rude with her. I’m not sure who thought it would be a good idea to hire this girl to work as a server but as someone paying to eat in your establishment I expect to be treated with respect and will not tolerate this kind of garbage the restaurant obviously needs to take on some standards in choosing staffing and not just hire anyone who walks in the door. We had to demand a different server the manager tried to defend her saying she just went on shift I don’t care whether or not she just went on shift that doesn’t excuse her poor attitude. Our food was decent but this ruined the experience and we certainly won’t be returning.

We decided last minute to grab a quick dinner, and everything turned out amazing! We ordered the Wild West Shrimp, Firecracker Chicken, Caesar Salad, and a Steak — everything came out fast and was cooked perfectly.
Our server, Sabrina, was awesome. Super friendly, attentive, and just had great energy. She checked in at all the right times without hovering, and made sure we had everything we needed. You can tell she really cares about her guests and loves what she does. She honestly made our night!
We’ll definitely be back — and asking for Sabrina next time.

We ordered carry out on a Friday night. Just wanted a nice family movie night with some good food. The food was horrible. We live 5 mins from restaurant and when we got home we found the burgers were completely overdone (we requested medium) they were flat out burnt and inedible. The fries were decent to be fair. My kids both got the 9 piece chicken tenders meals. The tenders were also very overcooked and the chicken was dry as paper. I realize $70 does not get you far with today’s restaurant prices, but honestly McDonalds would have been a better choice on this occasion.

My husband and I usually go to this Longhorn restaurant for an evening meal. Today we went there for lunch. I was expecting the food to be less delicious for lunch than it is for supper. Wow, was I pleasantly surprised! I ordered a cheesesteak with onions and sauce. I also ordered macaroni and cheese for a side. The cheesesteak was delicious and hot; not just warm. The big surprise was the macaroni and cheese. It was actually creamy from the tasty cheese on it that was still in the soft melting mode instead of hardening. First time in a long time that I had macaroni and cheese like that at a restaurant. The “crusty” topping was an added extra surprise at how good it tasted. Our server, Amaya, was pleasant and quick. Definitely will go there again someday for lunch.
