We went on Monday right after the snow storm around 4:30. The person in the chef cost hosting or filling in was fabulous the waitress was kind and did table checks I asked for a 1 and the guy who brought it out was just so bubbly it made me smile the way they dropped the food all at once was orchestrated perfectly and the food was BOMB I had the tb bone with mash and Brussels the kids were happy as well. I never have time to write reviews but the grew on that shift deserve to be recognized! I’m never that satisfied when I go out. Thank you for being open and giving us and great experience !

This my second time at this location and i normally go to south Philly. Well when i arrive and got seated we waited for like 5-10mins for a server to come wait on us which my wife ended up going to the front and asking for the server, then when the waiter came over she helped a table that just got seated . Okay cool next we ordered our food n drinks still no bread arrived until we asked about it 10mins after ordering , okay cool bread comes out and goes right over to the table that just got seated. Now my wine arrived me n my wife wine glasses was the dirtiest ever not to mention i had a bug in mine that was still swimming around. My rice and shrimp was cold and waiter came to check and see if i needed steak sauce which i did but never got, no napkins smh yea lets just say i wont be back to this location

Both of my kids were home from college and we decided to have dinner at this location. Nothing less than amazing!! Huge shoutout to Chris who was our waiter. He made us feel at home soon as we walked in. He was very knowledgeable about the menu as well. Chris should be recognized for his service thank you Chris. Definitely 10 out of 10 experience!! Highly recommended

First time attending the restaurant celebrating my daughter’s birthday!! She wanted ribs so why not so we had to wait 45 minutes not a big deal. We were seated on the right side of the restaurant 1st table. The table was so wobbly you couldn’t touch it, appetizers were pretty good, oh we had to wait for silverware, about an hour in a half for food which wasn’t even hot! The waitress was nice maybe we were there on the wrong night but for first experience here thumbs down! I always hear good reviews about this place however the night we experienced I wouldn’t recommend!

LOVE THIS LOCATION! I have never been to this location before but have heard many good things about it from the locals. Very very good quality food. Wait staff and management were super friendly. My husband and I came here for a date night on Sunday (10/19). For a Sunday night, we had to wait 30 mins for a table, despite half the restaurant being empty. While our waitress was great, service was very slow for how busy they were. It took 30 mins to receive our appetizer, which was the onion tonion. Even though it was fresh, it still tasted stale and old. About 20 mins later, we finally got our food. My husband said his food was fine. I ordered Flo’s Filet with salad and mac n cheese. The filet was surprisingly tough. I took home my leftovers because by the time we got our food, I was tired and just wanted to go home. Today (10/21), I’m eating my leftovers and I pulled out a giant piece of plastic wrap (like a plastic bag) that was mixed into the mac n cheese (I have a picture if needed). Even though the mac n cheese tasted good, finding plastic in my food has made me not want to return to this location. Extremely disappointing.

I usually do takeout, and have had great experiences, but I understand those who have commented that the atmosphere inside isn’t always the best. My favorite is their strawberry salad; one of the best salads I’ve ever had. Of course the steaks, bread, and other dishes are also excellent. I prefer it over Outback.

My wife and i come here and always sit at the bar. We usually go on a Friday evening and thankfully we always get Christine, the beautiful and personable bartender who always greets us with a warm smile and infectious personality. The food is always good. We order the Outlaw Ribeye and mashed potatoes and the drinks are also always good. Skip the table and go to the bar, hopefully you are lucky enough to get the incomparable Christine. Food always good.

Our server, Adrianna S was an absolute sweetheart. Very quick and very nice. She is such a great server & she was so helpful. However, our food was absolutely disgusting. The caesar salad had like no dressing, the steak was all fat, should’ve just bought a 6 oz. You guys definitely need to address whoever is in the kitchen lol.

My wife and I were visiting the area decided to dine at this location. This was our first time here. We were seated in a timely fashion and ordered our drinks, appetizer and meals. Our drinks and appetizers were brought out and we were advised by the waitress that there was a sewage back up and the bathrooms were being closed and the restaurant was being shut down early due to this issue. We were told that our food would be to go which we completely understand why. My wife ordered a T-bone steak well done and I ordered a ribeye well done. Once we got back to our hotel, we opened our food to eat it and both steaks were extremely pink and we could not consume it as we do not eat steaks that are not fully well done. I would like to speak with a manager about this as this was quite disappointing and unacceptable. I called back the next day but could not reach a manager. Google will not allow the photos to be uploaded but I have photos of our meal.
