Came here today to enjoy dinner & had the shrimp and sirloin combo. Bit into my shrimp tasted something weird and then I see my shrimp still had the poop sac. Took forever to get a manager over and he didn’t apologize or anything when he came. Just said “do you want another order of shrimp?” Nobody wants an order of shrimp after biting into that. We had just started to eat and everyone’s appetite was ruined after that. Once again no one apologized or nothing. Manager should’ve handled that better.

Longhorn has always been one of my favorite quick food spots. Back in undergrad, I used to go at least once a week for their drinks, like the mango long pour, and their appetizers, especially during football season. Since graduating, I haven’t gotten the chance to eat here in a while, but I stopped by last week and was happy to see the food is still just as consistent and tasty as it was when I was in college. This time, we ordered the wings, a hamburger with mac and cheese (no bacon), corn on the cob, and spicy chicken bites. Everything came out well. I definitely recommend the corn if you haven’t tried it yet; it’s a must. The burger was solid, and the spicy chicken bites were pretty good too (I like pairing them with the chicken wrap sauce). The atmosphere is split into two; one part has a sporty vibe, featuring TVs at the bar, while the dining area and overall aesthetic reflect a Western style with plenty of wood and rustic decor. The service is quick and friendly, contributing to an enjoyable dining experience. This makes it an ideal spot to watch games, hang out with friends, or simply enjoy dinner. I would say Longhorn is a great spot to chill and have decent food for a decent price.

My friend and I went here on a super busy night and while we did have to wait a bit our server Maria was incredible! She greeted us so quickly and took phenomenal care of us even though she was clearly stressed. She told us there were only two cooks in the kitchen but they did an amazing job, the porterhouse was cooked perfectly and I can’t wait to go back for it! Also, thank you so much Maria!

Good afternoon. A few weeks ago my friend and decided to go to Longhorn Steakhouse in Jenkintown for dinner. It was fairly busy and early in the evening. We sat there for about 15 minutes or so which is rare but we realized it was busy and were patient.
Several servers passed us and then the manager Adam passed by. We were able to get his attention and politely said that we had been sitting there for some time. He immediately apologized and brought over a server. He was extremely apologetic. It was a miscommunication as to which server was supposed to have our table. No big deal at all.
Our server, Quinn was a lovely young lady who was also very respectful, kind, apologetic and explained the issue at hand regarding the wait times. She could not have been nicer or friendlier.
Our wait time was never an issue at all but was so impressive was the way that the situation was handled. Adam stopped by our table a few times to check on us and even comped us our appetizer.
He went above and beyond what could’ve been expected from any manager in the industry. He hit the benchmark. His actions showed us that he genuinely cares about the clientele that patronizes the establishment. You could easily make the case to the franchisee for a raise in pay for his actions alone or at the very least, a nice bonus.
We are frequent guests at this particular Longhorn Steakhouse and the staff and every server we have had the pleasure of having have all been amazing, consummate professionals.
It is because of their consistently amazing service, always great food and welcoming atmosphere, that we will continue to patronize this particular location for many moons to come! Thank you!

I had thr 7 pepper steak salad which I have thoroughly enjoyed previously. This time, however, it was lacking. I couldn’t figure out what it was initially but I realized it tasted like it had been pre-packaged, like getting a salad from a fast food restaurant. It seems they may have been short-staffed, which is not uncommon for 2026, sadly. I will definitely go back but I’ll have to try another menu item or perhaps ask point blank if the salad will be freshly made.

Love Longhorn. Usually eat here at least once a week for dinner. Something we’ve noticed the last couple of visits: I barely have two bites of salad before my entree is coming out. It seems like they’ve sped up service over the past 2 months. The taste and quality of the food is always excellent but there’s no way the salad and entree should come to the table 3 minutes apart.

I’ve been to this Longhorn location and have never had any problems. Wait times are not outrageous and the servers provide good service. Ever since the Outback down the street started falling a part, Longhorn has been my go to for steak. Yesterday, I tried the lamb chops that are back for a limited time, and I recommend you try them before they’re gone and get them either medium well or medium. They weren’t expensive either for lamb chops only about $26. The only thing I slightly dislike about Longhorn is that it’s a bit dark inside, but that does not take away from the service and food quality.

I came with my mom and fiancé and asked for a table for 6, but we were told we couldn’t be seated until everyone arrived. I changed it to a table for 3, yet another party of 3 who came after us was seated first. When the rest of our group arrived, we were finally seated around 7:25 PM (we’d arrived at 6:50 PM).
The table was wiped down but still dirty, with food stuck to the seat. The floor wasn’t swept until we said something. My mom and sister were given silverware with food stuck to it, and we were told they no longer provide plastic utensils. Even after speaking to the manager, Marco, we waited over 10 minutes for drinks and bread—despite letting staff know two people in our party are diabetic and needed to eat soon. My sister also overheard the hostess talking about us to another worker after apologizing, which was unprofessional.
I ordered string beans with a baked potato but was served mashed potatoes and a baked potato with my steak. The bathroom was also unclean, with no toilet paper in one stall.
We still tipped our waiter, who did his best and made the experience slightly better, but overall this visit was unacceptable. I’ve supported this location before, but I will not be returning. I expected the same great service I’ve had at other locations and was very disappointed

Went to this LongHorn Steakhouse for dinner for the first time. We were greeted by hostess who walked us to our table. Our waiter was Jeffrey, who was polite and did a great job.
The overall cleanliness of the restaurant will leave to be desired better. The wall and lamp on the wall is covered with dust and stains among other things. You can see it on the picture.
The 2 Ribeyes that we ordered, couldn’t look much more different from each other. One was about 3/4” thick and looked like a snowman with lots of connecting tissue that I had to cut off, the other one was flat about 1/4” thick like a shoe sole. Not even sure they were Ribeyes…
On the way out hostess was too busy chatting with her friend. Looked at us briefly on the way out and did not think it was necessary to say thank you and good bye.
One of those places that you only visit once.
