Stopped in for dinner with hubby and food and service were great! The strawberry salad with chicken was hearty and refreshing and my husband’s steak was cooked perfectly. His only complaint was that there was too much salt on his loaded baked potato. Our server Katie was fabulous. She anticipated everything and was there with refills of our water before we even realized we were out. And so pleasant. We hadn’t been to Longhorn in years but it’s back on our repeat list now.

So, why no 5 star review you ask? (From the best steak house on the planet?) I’ll explain. I’m at the entrance, waiting to be acknowledged by Anyone & be seated. One person was sitting with their back to the door not even paying attention. 3 people saw me & ignored me. (The place was empty) Finally one of the 3 decided she probably should ask us if we were there to eat & finally got us a place to sit. (I was very upset, not going to lie) Now, the rest is, well… exceptional. Monica is & was the most exceptional staff on the premises hands down. Occupational hazard observing my surroundings. No one held a candle to her & her gentle attentiveness to her customers. She wasn’t over bearing, or in attentive, she was perfect. I’ve been to many long horns across the country… this 20 oz. Ribeye was the best. So much so I had Monica compliment the chef (Edwin) who I’m told doesn’t smile, like ever… but my compliment to him made him happy. It gave me great pleasure to give credit where it is due & show my gratitude to people who do a selfless job that most take for granted. Times are tough & I try to tip heavy as much as I can. (If you tip what’s shown on the receipt for exceptional service you shouldn’t eat out.) After speaking with management & driving home the great points of this establishment… I have no doubt minor corrections will be made. This place is exceptional to say the very least… great management, food & at least my wait staff was upper echelon. Definitely going back again soon with all my clients & friends.

Ordered The 22oz Long horn steak and Mac and cheese.An 8 oz sirloin,both steaks medium rare -cooked perfectly.Mac was cheesy and had a nice amount of bacon and cheese sauce.Mashed potatoes were good too Everything came out hot.Very happy with the server as well.

Come here for lunch! Order a big cheeseburger done the way you like and add one of their tasty soups or side salad for only $10.99. Try a delicious crystal clear unsweetened iced tea in a large glass. Our server Tabitha, was very attentive and helpful. The restaurant was clean, well-lit, and comfortably air conditioned. The men’s bathroom was clean and in good order. Pretty close to a ten out of ten on this visit.

We had a wonderful experience thanks to our server, Alexis. She was incredibly attentive! We never had to ask for refills or more bread because she was already on top of it. When our steaks came out, she took one look at mine and immediately noticed it was overcooked. She and her manager, Joe, made it right and took great care of us. Their professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out. We were very pleased with our experience and will definitely be back!

My steak was awesome and the preparation was on point, the sweet potato amusing. The staff was very professional. The decoration looks nice. Nothing bad to say, just get ready to spend some money because isn’t cheap but is worth it!!!

I’ve gotten food to go here twice and both times our steaks were cooked perfectly! Everything we ordered was in the bag, no items were missing and they completed the orders correctly. Service was fast & friendly

Our waitress was super nice and checked up on multiple times to make sure our experience was great. She refilled our fountain drink without us asking.
