We had dinner at LongHorn yesterday in the midst of something personal and difficult happening in our lives. What could have simply been a normal night out turned into something we will never forget because of the incredible hospitality we experienced.
Our server, Emily, was attentive, intuitive, and genuinely kind. She struck that perfect balance of being present without hovering, and made sure everything was just right throughout the evening.
Toward the end of our meal, the Manager, Jesse, stopped by our table and his compassion and sincerity truly stood out. The way he leads and supports his team is evident, not just in how smoothly the restaurant runs, but in how guests are treated. His presence made a lasting impression.
The food was excellent, perfectly prepared and timely, but what made the evening remarkable was the heart behind the service. In an industry where genuine hospitality can sometimes feel transactional, this team showed us what true care looks like.
You don’t come across that kind of thoughtfulness very often. It meant more than they probably realize.

Great service and food as always. Line can be long at times. I definitely recommend jumping in line ahead of time online. Other than that it’s great. Also well worth the wait.

My Grandma and family came here for my Grandma’s birthday, the bread was soft and warm which was fantastic! The French Onion soup my Grandma had, she said it was A++. My mom had the soup as well and she liked it. I had the loaded Potato soup and as always it never disappoints on how good that soup is. Dad had the lobster soup and he enjoyed that. My mom, Grandma and Dad all had the Spicy Chicken Bites and THEY loved them! I had the spinach dip and it was amazing as well. Our server was really nice and very busy which is understandable, though He could have been a little more attentive but it’s not an issue.
Over all, the atmosphere and food and service was great and I would recommend to anyone to come here for a delightful and delicious meal!

My family ordered take out, and multiple parts of our order were not correct. I ordered a 6 ounce Renegade Sirloin, medium well. Here is a picture of my steak. The outside was burned, and the inside was completely gray. I could barely cut into it. My husband shared some of his steak with me. He ordered medium rare, and his steak was medium well. Very disappointing for the money we paid.

One of the best places to eat. The staff there are selected to be the best and a lot of them have been there for years and know how to treat people right. I even see the management walking around making sure everyone is enjoying themselves. Bathrooms are always clean. And the decore is very American and inclusive. Don’t miss out.

I took a good friend there for her birthday last night because I told her they have the best t-bone I ever had in my life. Service was great food was terrible! My steak was so tough I could not cut it let alone chew it I ordered it medium well and it was way over well done my loaded baked potato had one little teeny tiny drop of sour cream and a few other things it was so dry I could not eat that either I even tried putting some of my soup on it to try to choke it down. They were too busy for me to send it back I don’t have all night to sit there and wait for my dinner to be cooked twice so I just let it go I told the waitress when she came to clear the table that I couldn’t eat it see so it was mostly all on my plate and I was still charged full price. I could not believe it! She said I should have sent it back right away point is it was not eaten because I was terrible so that was a waste of $110 right there I do not recommend it if you want a good steak go to Texas Roadhouse

Our party of 2 was immediately seated in a roomy booth. Our waiter was Jose and he was extremely energetic and helpful. My son and I enjoyed our wonderful food and service. The music was a little loud but other than that great experience!

I ordered my steak medium. It came out perfectly. I ordered the seasoned fries and they came out with so much seasoning that I couldn’t eat some of them. Other than that, it’s about exactly what you would expect from a Longhorn.

We had an amazing staff. We had an amazing waitress once again. Her name is Angela and I posted a picture of her here. What a kind Spirit she has + made Valentine’s Day date. Very special. What amazing food! You can’t beat salmon. It’s the best around all this stuff are wonderful. Wow, that place was packed today.
