The steak was well seasoned. The rice was not overcooked; it was cooked correctly.

The restaurant was clean the people gave us amazing service and the food…. Wow! The staff at the host station was nice and thoughtful. When we got to our table our drink order was taken promptly. When ordering everything it all came out quickly. The steaks melted in your mouth and was made just as asked, the salad I did not want to stop eating it, the spicy shrimp yum, and the mushrooms were great. Our server James was so sweet and attentive. So glad we came there. We will be returning very soon.

We went a few days ago and I got the 6 oz flo’s fillet. Because it was lunch it only included one side for $26 which seems a bit steep. The steak was prepared well and it was juicy. Then there is up charges for specialty soups which include french onion etc. Then you can also pay an up charge for specialty vegetables which includes the brussel sprouts and asparagus. They were out of the brussel sprouts. I wound up just getting the regular loaded baked potato. I think I counted three tiny pieces of bacon on it. And I mean tiny. About six pieces of grated cheese if that much. For a loaded baked potato it wasn’t very loaded. I know prices have gone up but this was a bit crazy. The waitress was very attentive and very pleasant.

Our waitress Cynthia was awesome. We do request her every time we go there. On Valentines Day we had to wait an hour for her, but worth the wait. She is great!

My wife, son and I have been to this long horn twice now over the last 2 years and both times have been an incredible experience. Our Waitress this last time was Taylor H. We got an appetizer, we each got steaks and two drinks and we still paid less than $100(minus the tip) Everything was on point. 11/10 will definitely be back.

We were here supposedly to get a quick lunch at Olive Garden but saw longhorn steakhouse just right next to it

It’s been a while since I’ve visited longhorn and this was in California

Glad to see this as part of a choice.

The hostess was very nice, got ushered by Andrew and our server was also pleasant.

We’ve enjoyed our food and left with more

Would come back here again and highly recommend it

Went today, took forever to get our beer and Wine, appetizer came out and had a hair in the spinach Dip, my steak I ordered medium rare and was a tough, unedible well done. They also forgot my fries. For $150 total bill it wasn’t a good dining experience at all.

Got seated in the first Booth by the door. All the springs in the seats were shot. My ribeye steak was well done instead of medium well and taste like shoe leather. The waitress didn’t ask me for refill until after my meal what’s done. For the price I paid it wasn’t worth it

What’s the deal with the bread…? This is the third time in a row my roommate and I have come to this Longhorn, in just over a month, and been told they didn’t have any bread. Just seems odd. I asked our server about it, and she said it had something to do with them having a new kitchen manager who wasn’t ordering enough. She also mentioned being able to count on one hand how many times they’ve run out of it in the many years she’s been employed there. So, what gives…? I hate to complain about something that may seem trivial, but I love their bread, and it’s one of the reasons I go there over other chain steakhouses. Prior to our last three visits, they’d never run out (during any of our visits), and we’ve been going to this location 3 or 4 times a month for years.

Anyway, we ordered what we pretty much always order. Started off with their wing appetizer, which was amazing as always. Longhorn is literally the only restaurant I ever order wings from, because their dry rub is THAT good, without being super messy – especially with their ranch. Would HIGHLY recommend them. For entrees, both of us ordered filets. Mine was cooked perfectly. My roommate’s wasn’t (even though he said it was when our server asked him to cut into it – that’s on him for not speaking up). I had the broccoli and fries as my sides. Delicious. They have some of the best fries I’ve ever had, and the broccoli was full of flavor. My roommate had the house salad and asparagus. All good. Honestly, never had a side at this location that wasn’t great. Our server was amazing, and very personable. Never had to ask for anything. The only reason I’m leaving a 4 star review instead of 5 is because of the lack of bread. The first time it happened – okay, no biggie. The second time, I was disappointed. This time, I was kind of annoyed. For me, it feels like going to Olive Garden and being told they ran out of breadsticks.

Only one other complaint…I can’t remember how long ago it was, but it’s been at least a couple months…I ordered a medium rare filet, and it came out well done. When I say well, I mean no pink in sight, and it was as tough as a sirloin. This was the first time in my life I’d ever sent food back to be remade (I’m 31). A few minutes later, the kitchen manager came out and tried to tell me they couldn’t cook the steak any closer to medium rare than they did because of its size, which made zero sense. I was so dumbfounded, I just kind of looked at him for a a few seconds before explaining that I order the same steak, cooked the same way, every time we come in, and it’s never been that well done or tough. He said they could remake it but couldn’t guarantee it would be medium rare. Like, what…? I just said, “Okay, thank you!” Anyway, the remake was (of course) fine, but the way the manager handled the situation definitely wasn’t. Being a server myself, I would NEVER try to gaslight a table, and having a manager do that…I was truly shocked. I’m just hoping the current kitchen manager (whether they’re the newer one or the one I just mentioned) figures everything out soon, because I used to think of this location as the best Longhorn I’ve ever been to.

Every Longhorn has consistently provided exceptional food that I have been to since they opened. We had the 9 piece chicken tenders, loaded baked potato tossed salad with blue cheese, bread and iced tea and a coke for lunch. Had tenders to take home. Passing through on way to Georgia. The food is always good. For value and freshness Longhorns is excellent.
