This place was meh… your average overpriced steakhouse. The Parmesan crusted fries were amazing. The New York strip steak was average but still good for what it was, not worth the price though. Loved the bread they serve with dinner.
My only complaints are that our waitress (no name was given to us) was not happy. She barely checked on us and we went without drinks for a long time. Took forever getting our check. Normally I would attribute that to the restaurant being busy but it was winding down when we came in and we saw her standing around talking with coworkers. Our menus had crusty food in them which was kind of gross.

The experience at LongHorn was made even better by our incredibly welcoming waitress. Her friendly and attentive service really added to the overall dining experience.
The steak was cooked to perfection, tender, juicy. Definitely a good choice for anyone craving a great steak in a comfortable setting.

I picked up a great dinner to take home with me tonight. A dozen Red Rock shrimp, baked sweet potato and a salad for $22. Keith took my order and it was ready for me in about 20 min. Pics don’t do it justice, everything was great!

We went here for lunch. We sat for over 10 minutes before a server came to us. She asked if we were ready to order. It took almost another 10 minutes for our drinks and bread to be delivered. The food came out rushed and looked thrown together. No pre-busing by our server. She was quick to grab our check though.The place looked destroyed and it was obvious that the were short staffed. The bathroom was dirty and smelled of urine.We will think twice before coming back.

The food quality is average. I noticed some kind of bug, maybe a midge or something else, flying around my food and my head. The waitresses were busy on their phones, chatting or watching something, instead of paying attention to customers. The most upsetting part for me was that they added a $10 tip themselves, even though I didn’t write in any tip.

The service was really good during our visit. My family was pleased with all their meals. They ordered chicken tenders and burgers. I had a medium rare ribeye. My only complaint was the thickness of the steak.. it had to have been less than an inch thick, which is probably the reason it turned out to be more of a medium level of doneness.
For the price and the fact this is a steakhouse, I was a little underwhelmed.
The burgers looked great though.

I had the Salmon with broccoli and it was very good. I’ve never had an issue with the food or the servers. The wait times after your oder is taken is longer than expected even when they are not busy. I’ve eaten at other Longhorn restaurants and the service is quicker but the food is always good at any of the locations I’ve gone to.

So good. Went for my sons friends birthday. The food was on point. The waiters name was Joshua and he was on top of everything. We never wanted or had to ask for anything. The manager asked how everything was. Definitely a great birthday meal. All of the staff was extremely friendly. I know you’re probably like who goes to longhorn and orders chicken tenders right? These were probably the best I’ve ever had. And their homemade honey mustard was bomb! And I’m sorry but who can pass up the pool of melted butter they put in their mashed potatoes. Lol

I’m a waitress myself, my boyfriend had called in for a reservation yesterday on valentine’s day for 6:00. They told him that our table was reserved. They called him at 5:00 to tell us that our reservation was canceled because there was people waiting to sit and it would be like 3 hours until they could. Reservations ALWAYS come before walk-ins. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.
