Went upstate NY for a visit, the waitress, Ashley was wonderful, she was polite, attentive, and laughed with us when I asked to see the kitchen. Well, based on her laugh I knew something in my spirit didn’t sit well with that kitchen I ordered a Margarita as it was a special. We got our drinks and she brought out the complimentary bread n butter. My sister, being a pseudo chef stated the butter tasted “grainy” I couldn’t tell but her palate is very seasoned compared to mine. Ashley kindly brought out a healthy bowl of butter and the taste was way better ♀️ go figure. We ordered the chicken bites as an appetizer and when that came out, we was out ✌ , lol. The hair was literally intertwined in the cost of the chicken. Now mind you, I seen it immediately but my sister whiling having a strong palate she lost a sense on site as she didn’t see it and didn’t have on her glasses she ate one. I warned her to not go any further and pointed to the Curley intruder. Some folks can pick off a hair and keep it moving for me, it’s a huge disgust although they opted to remake a batch I declined. I know they’ll remove the one and bring out the old batch. We opted to leave.

My brother wanted a steak from Longhorn. He ordered a margarita, which he sent back. He said it was horrible. I tasted it, and I agree.
The steak looked like a portion for a child. He said it was overcooked, so he put A1 steak sauce on it. The side salad was good. The warm bread and butter was good..Our waitress was fine..

2 days ago: For a restaurant advertised as a ‘steakhouse’, I expected the steak to be of good quality & grilled properly. But it was not & I was very disappointed. My t-bone was presented rare, not medium as ordered. The sirloin portion of the t-bone was flavorful but tough as well as rare & I ate only two bites. Cutting through the sirloin reflected toughness throughout. The filet portion of the t-bone was minuscule, also rare and 90% gristle. Not what I expected, especially w/a plus $30 price tag. While the manager offered a new steak, I declined because my dining partner was almost finished w/her meal. He deducted the cost of my steak from the bill which I appreciated, but I do not plan to return.

Went here tonight hoping for a nice steak dinner. Not only was our waitress not in the best of moods(likely because she had a full bar and other tables,) but my steak came incorrect. I ordered my filet medium, but got a rare steak. They did warm it up more, in which in came back medium well, but i said nothing. Service itself took almost 2 hours for everything. The drinks were fast; but we barely saw our server and dinner took an hour to come out. Then adding in them fixing my steak, almost 2 hours once everything was done. Nothing was comped off the bill or anything for all of this. Wont be returning to this location.

We didn’t even eat here! We walked in and it was dead. It took the hostess 10 minutes to even come over to us. When she did, she told us it would be another 10-15 min wait even though we were one of the only people in there. It was absolutely filthy. The more I looked around, the less appealing it was. I can’t imagine eating here… pretty sad. I saw other recent bad reviews, I hope they make some changes.

The food and service were outstanding this evening. My medium rare and wife’s medium steaks were cooked and seasoned perfectly. Service appears to have improved… keep it up. All stages of food and beverages came out quickly. Our waitress was outstanding! I wish they would bring back the Longhorn draft, which was outstanding!

The steaks, filet, pork chops, sweet potatoes, baked potatoes, mini loaves of bread, and shrimp appetizer are all very good. They are consistently good. Other foods are good too. Mixed drinks are good. Service is usually good. I miss the Longhorn beer they had and discontinued. I wish they would find another brewer such as Genesee to brew it for them. That beer was outstanding! The inside of the restaurant, especially the carpeting, is showing its age… it’s worn out. Replacing the carpeting would greatly improve the dining room. The food is better than Texas Roadhouse, and they have some lower fat and lower Calorie choices compared to Texas Roadhouse, and it is not loud and noisy as they are. This is a more intimate dining experience… a big plus. Highly recommended!

The family went out for a late dinner here last night. We had 6 adults and 6 children. The place was nice and clean. The staff was very accommodating for our large party. My bartender Jessica was great and very informative. I had the Ithaca apricot and wheat beer so good! Our server was Terri and she was on top of her game, making sure we had everything we needed. The food was amazing. Our visit here was great and we all enjoyed ourselves.
