I stopped into LongHorn Steakhouse in Hamilton, NJ, and I have to say, it really impressed me. The service was excellent, friendly, quick, and efficient and even on a busy night, the wait was only about 10 to 20 minutes, which is very reasonable for how popular the place is.
The star of the meal was without a doubt the ribeye steak. Perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor, it is honestly some of the best quality steak you can get for such a reasonable price. Pairing it with the fresh salad and the shrimp, which were both just as flavorful, made for a well rounded meal that left me more than satisfied.
What stood out most is that everything about this place just works from the atmosphere, to the food, to the attentive service. LongHorn in Hamilton is definitely one of those restaurants you can rely on for a consistently great dining experience, whether you are out with family, friends, or just craving a great steak night.

The food was good but had taken awhile to the whole party’s together. I ordered a medium rare steak but it came as rare and the mushrooms I paid extra for were not seasoned and were mediocre. Still, it was a decent meal at a decent price. They could use a larger selection of bourbons.

Never misses! Always hot & fresh. My personal favorite is the wild west shrimp. The hot peppers and crunch give it a nice balance. Ribeye steak, another favorite of mine, was cooked perfectly. Not too salty or overcooked. Our waitress Stephanie was awesome and friendly. She chatted with us for a bit. Even the manager came by to greet us and remove our plates. The workers were all pleasant. All good feedback!

We did enjoy the good tasty food. Service was spotty although it was not busy. There seems to be a issue w flies. We had to be moved to another section. Im sure this can be remedied but this day was an issue for us.

This is my go-to spot for ribs—hands down the best in the area! They’re always cooked to perfection. I also absolutely love the strawberry salad; it’s fresh, flavorful, and a perfect complement to the meal. Consistently great pork ribs and a place I always look forward to coming back to.

After a disappointing visit to the Bala Cynwood location of this chain, I wasn’t sure what to expect—but I’m so glad we gave it another shot. From the moment I walked in, the staff at Longhorns in Hamilton Market Place, made a huge difference. The service was outstanding: friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Arielle went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of.
The food came out promptly and exactly as we ordered! Arielle checked in a couple of times to make sure everything was perfect. It was clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority here, and it somewhat restored my faith in the Longhorns brand.
Huge kudos to the team at this location—they truly set the standard for great service. We’ll definitely be returning to this location, and recommending this spot to others!

The employees in Hamilton were all wearing neat and clean black uniforms with their hair neatly groomed. I do believe they had on name tags, not 100% sure. We were truly blown away by the pleasant atmosphere from beginning to end!

1st visit in 2025. There Must be new a new chef in the kitchen. The house salad was fresh and crisp, the bread hot and delicious. Our order came right after the salad was done and it was hot and delicious. Will definitely be back.

As I wind down my business in the Bordentown area, this afternoon I was going to treat myself to an early afternoon dinner. After spotting the Longhorn from across the street, I decided to try it out. The atmosphere was warm and friendly offering privacy in the booths with a beautiful western cowboy theme to their decor. Ordered the Longhorn steak and it was excellent, almost melt in your mouth texture. Hostess was awesome along with the food service. Excellent from every perspective.

Watch out ! There pulling more money out then you actually paid ! The manager just wants to give your money back. Nope, I need a gift card or something you pulled out almost double my bill. And If I did not call them to ask them about the mistake I wouldn’t have received it back. The manger name is Scott he didn’t try to compensate me or anything. WATCH OUT FOR SCOTT!
