My husband and I went to LongHorn yesterday and we were very impressed. The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and perfect for a relaxed dinner. The service was excellent — everyone was friendly, attentive, and quick.
The food was delicious. We ordered the salmon with shrimp, and everything was perfectly seasoned and cooked. The salad and mashed potatoes were also great. The wine was excellent and paired really well with the meal.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back!

Usually I don’t leave negative reviews but this one I must. I hope other people don’t get this experience. At the very beginning there was complications. My son ask for a boot that can fit 6 people and (because my eyes) with enough light.
They’re sitting us on boot for 4 (skinny 50pnd) people). Right away we’re not able to seat comfortably and we ask for bigger boot.
Yes they give us bigger boot. Waitress handles the menu and they where dirty (you can see dirt on them in my pictures). Beside taking our orders the Waitress started walking away while I was talking to her(which I think is unprofessional). She looked sort off(weird,high).
Ok…not here to judge people! But….my steak come smaller than the one my son ordered!! And we ordered the same steak.
I ask waitress why and she said she will call manager.
Manager didn’t come and we were about to leave than “Manager ” show up.
I explained that my steak was smaller than my son’s and he asked where is the steak? I took pictures before we started eating and I showed to him. He said “next time don’t eat that food you’re complaining for”. I said that we waited for him more than 15-20 minutes. Manager tried to tell me that my steak melted 3-4 ounces!! I asked how come my son’s steak didn’t melt? And beside this steak should not have fat. To make story short He offered to make another steak or to take off the bill. I asked for second opinion. Than I saw my bill reduced but not for the amount of the cost of steak.
So I would NOT recommend this particular restaurant to no one!! Maybe other Longhorn restaurants are better but this one is big NO.
At least they should clean their tables and menus.

The service is outstanding — the staff and servers are attentive, professional, and extremely polite.
The food is excellent. I ordered a New York Strip, rare, and it was cooked exactly to the temperature I requested. Very few places truly get this right, and this is definitely one of them.
Because of that, the experience stood out even more. We will absolutely be coming back, and this restaurant will certainly become part of my wife’s and my regular dinner routine.

Absolutely the go to place for great quality and nice cozy atmosphere. Friendly service and affordable prices. Highly recommend the Flo’s filet and lobster tail. Yum!!

Went in for dinner at around 9pm with a friend. They ordered a steak with mash potato & salad, I asked only for a soda. Our waitress was very quick with our drinks, but the cups and plates looked very dirty… not sure if it was due to not being washed properly or heavy usage.
The food came in but we were not given any silverware or napkins, and our waitress didn’t check up on us until about 10-15 minutes later.
The meal was decent overall. If you go to this longhorn steakhouse, come in at 8pm the latest, as it seems that the restaurant cares a bit less around closing time.

We were on are way back from the casino and we stopped by the closest one from there and it was so full. I thought well let’s start our drive back home and we will stop at the one in north Haven. It was so much better we walked right in and got a set. The atmosphere was nice the people that worked there were also so nice. Our food came out quickly and it all tasted great. I would recommend stopping by if you looking for a good steak.

This place is great, they do steak the way you ask. They get the food out to you quickly with a smile on their faces. Their steaks are delicious and the sides they offer do not disappoint either. They are also known for a house salad that I waited way too long to try as it is fresh and amazing. Although it is expensive it is 100% worth the cost as you get more than you value in the atmosphere alone. These guys also have liquor and a very generous pour for whatever you order, just be sure to bring a designated driver.
But by far the best thing they have is a friendly attentive staff that are always checking but never hanging around while you eat giving the sense of care without the stress of someone standing over you watching. The managers engage their customers and talk with you whether you have positive or negative things to say. They all do their best to remember and welcome you back which I was quite surprised by. When there is a mistake they address it quickly without blaming only offering solutions. I would recommend this specific location to anyone as they have something for everyone and a high quality to all that they do.

This place always gets my order right. We order steak and they always get it right. All of my order is in the bag when I order pickup. They pay attention to detail. From extra dressing to silver wear. They made my crazy day feel amazing. Definitely my fav.

My son ordered his steak medium rare, but after eating half of it, he said it was too red. When I looked, it was actually raw. The manager, Sarah, came over and I explained the difference between raw and rare. Instead of bringing a fresh steak, she just cooked the leftover piece, which came back hard and burnt on the bottom. She seemed indifferent to the fact that a child had eaten undercooked meat, which was quite concerning. Overall, the service was lacking in care and attention, and we left feeling really disappointed.

To start off I was a party of 8 and our waiter name was Joann, to start off you can tell her vibes were off but I try to ignore it but then when we (the party) stated we’ll have a separate bill she proceeded to say we can place the order in and she’ll later separate it to the respective person which I understand wanted to put in all the orders in but as the waiter if not organize with a party that already stated separate checks it can get confusing at the end when the appetizers were order it took 20-25 mins for them to come out not only the food but the drinks to the point I have to ask for the update of the drinks after 15 mins, back to the appetizers all 6 people got their food and the 6th person asked Ms. Joann if her if her shrimp was coming out to where the waiter answer it’s coming out calm down.. the fact that it is now going on 30-35 mins and calmly asking where is the appetizer a shrimp and spinach dip shouldn’t take that long. Once again in that situation we took note but didn’t speak on it. As we waiting for our waiter to come back and take our meal order, I took it upon myself to go to the bar to order my second drink due to the fact I haven’t seen her in a while. I ordered the steak (medium well) with shrimp and I ask for there to be no rice, when the food finally come the person serving out the food call for my order to where I didn’t answer because I seen rice under my shrimp. Then Joann proceeded to come over and stated, “ let me see what everyone order since yall don’t know order” that’s comment was very uncalled for because I didn’t order the rice and when I stated that she said it’s not a big deal that I should just eat around it not knowing my underline condition to why I asked for no rice. I didn’t want to feel uncomfortable so I took the plate to proceeded to eat and when I cut into my steak, it was very bloody. The server that was waiting to see if I was OK with my order, ask me if everything was OK because she saw my face. I stated to her this is not how I wanted my steak and that I ordered a medium well steak then Joann proceeded to come back again and said well I have here that I put down, medium rare. I told her that she made a mistake and I clearly stated that I wanted medium well and she said I didn’t make a mistake. She just put down the wrong temperature after that. I was very offputting with my meal that I barely ate, and I had to take it to go because I did not feel comfortable eating at your establishment with the waiter that I given yesterday. Not only that none the bread wood or plates from the appetizers was ever taken up from the moment we sat down, it was like eating in a pigsty.
