During the blizzard in February 2026 we were repairing the power lines and no one was open for food. This LongHorn stepped up and helped us. The manager Sara and excellent staff really stayed happy and positive. Many employees were doing other jobs helping each other with great teamwork taking care of customers even though they were so short staffed. Jamal deserves an honorable mention, we were his first ever table as a waiter because he worked in the restaurant doing other jobs including hosts. He never stopped smiling. Great attitude. The entire staff deserves something from corporate LongHorn because we will be searching for LongHorn Steakhouse everywhere we go to repair the power grid during storm. Thank you all involved!

Chicken wings were good, a little over done, but came out very fast. The salad was good as always, I love getting a salad and doing one vinegar based dressing mixed with a creamy. At longhorn, I do the white balsamic mixed with a blue cheese. Unfortunately, the steak is where they lost me. They burnt the char on the steak so much that it was incredibly hard to cut through, let alone eat. My gf’s steak was a little better (even though we both ordered the same steak the same exact way) and as always, I asked for my fries well done aka extra crispy and they weren’t.

Longhorn used to be a good place to eat, now it’s more like Applebee’s. It wasn’t busy at all, we were seated and served quickly and our server was the best part of the experience until he started vacuuming while we were eating 2 booths away at 8pm. If I wanted to eat while listening to a vacuum I would have gone to my Mother’s house. Totally ridiculous to vacuum during service hours. The food was mediocre at best, very bland. Broccoli was mush, Brussels sprouts were fried whole for some reason, and the steak tips were barely edible, if I hadn’t soaked them in tobasco to make them taste like something I would have brought them home to feed to my dogs. Worst of all, the hostess who was wearing a doorag reeked of Marijuana and everything she walked by we got a contact high. My wife’s steak was murdered when she asked for it medium, and this place also isnt cheap. Overall, terrible. We won’t be back.

We were visiting on vacation and went out for a steak dinner. The steaks were cooked how they were ordered. Rare and Med Rare. The sides had good flavor. The only criticism but not a game changer is that the portion size for mashed potatoes was small. The dessert was huge. What I thought was going to be a 1 person dessert was enough for 3 people. Great job, great restaurant. I can’t wait to go back the next time I visit.

Everything was great! Food was wonderful, cooked to liking. A few sides came out late and food runners did reach over other dinner dishes as they put down orders. Not to be picky, just something I used to stress to wait staff when I was mgt of a restaurant. Otherwise great dining experience!

I’m not normally the type of person to write a truly negative review. My wife and I have been in area for almost 3 years now, we have been to this location dozens of times, and never had a poor thing to say. However what happened tonight was truly a shock to us. So much so that we didn’t even bother to take photos because we didn’t want to make a giant scene and assumed it would be handled properly.
My wife and I arrived for dinner, we order our drinks, our entrees, and our sides. NY Strips with broccoli and 2 salads (Ceasar and a Mixed Greens Salad). Waitress brings out our drinks, bread, and salads. As we are eating my wife quietly freaks out. She found A LIVING BUG crawling through her Ceasar. I stopped eating my salad immediately, made sure it was visible and waited for our waitress to come over. Within a few minutes she arrives, we show her, she gasps and apologizes, and tells us she will let the manager know.
We assumed that meant the manager would ATLEAST come over and talk to us? Nope, nothing. Not a hey we are so sorry, not a let me make sure youre taken care of, nothing. Our steaks arrive we eat, and still no manager. Ask our waitress if she told the manager, “Yup they know. Would you like me to bring you your check?” I look at her, glance at my wife, and she walked off. Check comes not even the soda was comped.
Now we aren’t the type of people that wanted to make a fus, be aggressive with the waitress because it honestly isn’t her fault. But for the manager of the establishment to not even come and acknowledge what happened is disgusting and disgraceful.
As of right now, this Longhorn has lost my family and I’s business, and I will be informing everyone I know in the area about the incident, and let them make their own judgment calls.

The bartender Vinnie was just unpleasant in my opinion. This evening will be my last time coming here. The last 2 Fridays I’ve come to sit at the bar there was a pleasant young lady named Tiara I believe and what a complete difference. Utensils were dirty asked for water to clean them off he drops off the water behind the bar line. I wasn’t please with his attitude so I asked for a check and a box he sits the check inside the box away from where I was sitting saying here you go drops it off and walk away.
