Our server Marcus was awesome, friendly, attentive, deserves 5 stars.
However this used to be our favorite place to eat, but not any lomger. The last time we went my husbands burger was mush, so rare it was dripping blood, even though he asked for well done. Last night was his bday, we went back and same thing. His steak was so undercooked, potato was loaded with salt. My burger was rare even though I specified extra well done no pink.
A 90 dollar bill, which I think they should have knocked off a few bucks for the food.
The table next to us also sent their food back.

Good experience. My daughter got the Kid Sirloin Steak with a side of the Loaded Baked Potato and said it was very good! I got a 12oz Ribeye Steak with a side of mashed potatoes and crispy Brussels sprouts, which were A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Totally recommend for a family dinner! Very busy though.

Nice restaurant with great food and drink selections. Appetizer portions were larger than I expected. There was a bit of a wait time but I suggest reserving online on their site for a better experience. Overall a nice dining experience.

Took the family out for a birthday lunch. Food, service & atmosphere were great! Pricing was reasonable. The birthday boy said it was the best steak he’d had in a very long time. The only issue that we had was that our medium rare burgers came out very rare, but the manager came to our table to make it right.

I would say the biggest downside was the wait; the wait to get inside and the wait to get our food. But honestly it was worth it, the Flo’s Filet was so tender and juicy. It wasn’t over seasoned either, just enough salt and pepper to enhance the flavor of the beef.
Our server was exceptional, she kept checking in on us, making sure our kids (both under 4) had enough milk the entire time. She also made sure they got their food first so they didn’t have to wait too long.
My husband’s burger (LH Burger) was good, but nothing exceptional he said. But the fries were seasoned perfectly and they had a nice crunch.
The mushrooms we got for the appetizer, were very tender and juicy and the cheese was delicious.
We also highly recommend the strawberry lemonade and the strawberry margarita. The strawberry shortcake was delicious as well.

The wait to get in, even after calling ahead was crazy. They skipped over us several times! When we asked, no apologies, just said they were working on it, then skipped us a couple more times. We asked again and finally got seated.
Because of that, I will think long and hard about returning to that Longhorns. However, the food was very good and our waitress was amazing!

My fiancé and I went to celebrate her birthday. Our server China was so friendly and welcoming. She made our night. Then the manager on duty came over to make sure that we were enjoying the food. We loved the food and the service we were provided. We will definitely be back soon! This will be our new spot! Thank you China ❤️
The drinks were AMAZING!!!
We also witnessed some customers who were giving china a hard time about paying their bill. She handled it with grace and professionalism. The manager was right on it and went over to the table.

The restaurant has a dark dim light atmosphere but has enough light to see the menu. It is clean. For the food, the steak was good, tender and cooked as ordered. The seasoning was a little too salty for my taste. I ordered the rice that helped me offset the saltiness from the steak. French onion soup was tasty but it had more bread and cheese than the soup itself. Service was very good. The Brussel sprouts side dish was ok, I don’t know what the sauce that came with it but it tasted like sweet&sour sauce to me.

Went for lunch. Ordered an appetizer of wings, cooked well done. The first time out, the wing was not cooked, the bone was cold to the touch and clearly bloody, second time we figured they must be done, no wings had blood was oozing out on the plate., third time they seemed cooked. No manager came to our table. We were just told “we’re investigating to see why the wings aren’t cooking” our server was trying her best. BOH should not have sold the dish. Management should have addressed. Very disappointing, didn’t eat my meal because I wasn’t sure it was properly cooked.
