I went with a medium rare 9oz Flo’s Filet and was really upset at how tough the steak was. Everything else was delicious but the steak was a complete and total letdown. At $32.49 you would think it would be super tender but it was tough.

I have ate at this location a lot. And I always order a burger and fries.. and it’s ALWAYS Russian Roulette when it comes to my preferred level of doneness. It’s pretty bad in all honesty; having to send the meal back because the meat isn’t cooked to my preferences, I’d really be okay if the cook wanted to make a slight cut in the meat to check their work.. just so I don’t get disappointed yet again.
The chicken meal that was ordered by my party member was pretty pathetic as well. The taste was good but the cost compared to the size of the meal and appearance was, pretty pathetic. After popping the to-go cover off, It reminded me of a bag of chips, a whole lot of air at the top and not much of real substance of food at the bottom.
The waitress was decent, not exactly friendly/happy; just bleh, kind of felt like “I’m here to get a paycheck, it’s whatever”.
Atmosphere is good. Table was clean, not greasy. Only negative experience for the “Atmosphere” was the people behind us.. think “A kid kicking the back of your chair on an Airplane”.
My party member doesn’t want to go back here for a while. The high cost compared to the portion size, plus the annoying back seat kicking.. yeah, not going back for a long time.

Overall a good restaurant. Excellent service – folks are pleasant and willing to go the extra mile to try to accommodate.
Above average food – properly cooked (these folks KNOW how to do steak!), tasty, generous portion sizes. Good selection to choose from. Fresh wheat bread with butter served as a complement with meals.

Placed an online order this evening for curbside pickup, waited 10 minutes after checking in before I went into the restaurant which was not busy. The woman who gave me my order did not even apologize for not bringing it out, of course it was cold. The salad I was given was so brown that I didn’t dare to eat it!

My husband and it was awful steak was over cooked and unflavored same with Brussel sprouts had to ask multiple times to get things I get it’s busy but when we got there it had died down we had 3 tables open near us for 30 mins and waited that long for our A1 sauce cuz the steak was shit my husband usually doesn’t use A1 but he say and waited for it till he ate anymore then the first bite bill was 100$ for garbage food never coming here again!

Delish! Brussels were amazing. Steak was prepared perfectly.
