When you’re paying 30 dollars for a plate for dinner, you should expect the place to at least have the decency to to give you an eatable food. The chicken was so salty I could feel my blood pressure rising. And when you order a stuffed potato, the will give you a half cooked potato with cheese and sour cream on the side, and you’re supposed to stuffed them yourself if you are ordering to go, no where in the website it said that. I don’t understand how places like this get 5 star reviews, they must been paying or promoting those types of reviews

Erin was a great server. We were there on Thursday evening and were seated right away. Our shrimp appetizer was delicious and could very easily be a light meal with a salad or other side. We’ve eaten better steak tips but these were tender and had good flavor. Generous portion. T Bone steak was a little thin but juicy and flavorful. The Mac and cheese was delicious. Overall, the meals and service were good.

A friend and I was just at Longhorn at the Pembroke location. After ordering our food the waitress brought us plates for the bread . I noticed a red stain on the side of the plate turned it over it was dried ketchup all over the bottom of plate. DISGUSTING!!! The waitress offered new plates No Thank You! The manager came out to apologize not blaming them but bringing a customer a dirty plate to eat off of is inexcusable. Will never go to this restaurant again. I would not recommend this one. Clearly serving you clean plates to eat off of is not a priority here. Turn plates upside down before eating here you don’t know what’s underneath. I wish I could give 0 stars Disgusted

Always a wonderful time here! Love this location! The staff is always friendly and quick. The food is always on point! We have been going to this location for years now at least twice a month and have never had a bad meal or bad server! Highly recommend!
