I love the food from here specially their Mac and cheese. Their dragonfruit margarita is one of the best margaritas I’ve ever had. They always cook my steak the perfect temp and the services is awesome! Their spinach dip is amazing and a must try as well as their wings for appetizers.

I’m livid about what happened at long horn I ordered broccoli chard, and they served it on a scorching hot plate that severely burned my thumb. It’s unacceptable to serve food on a plate that’s hot enough to cause serious burns.
When I spoke to the owner, I expected some empathy, but instead, they laughed it off like it was no big deal. The bartender, someone I’ve known for a while, also failed to show any compassion. Given the circumstances, I’m shocked by the complete lack of concern for customer safety and well-being.
I’ve been a loyal customer, visiting over 100 times, but this experience has left a sour taste. The suggestion to dip my burned fingers in a cup of tomatoes was insulting. I expect better from a restaurant, especially one I’ve supported so many times.
I’m sharing my experience so others know what to expect. If you value good service and customer care, I’d advise against eating at long horn.
If I can give it a zero star I would but I have to give them atleast one

Our server Dakota was fantastic! She was on top of everything. Honestly did not expect such good food in a chain restaurant, but we were very surprised at the quality. The steaks were perfectly done.

We visited Longhorn Steakhouse tonight to celebrate my mother’s birthday, and despite the restaurant being absolutely packed, the experience was awesome from start to finish.
A huge thank you to Jason, who went out of his way to accommodate our big group. We had family traveling from quite a distance to be here, and Jason made sure we were all able to sit together rather than being split up. It truly made the night feel special.
Our server, Kathy, was also incredible. Even with the house being full, she was attentive, professional, and kept everything moving perfectly.

Parmesan Chicken, was cooked perfectly, “moist and delicious”.
Marinates Stake Tips, were excellent! Prepared with mushrooms and caramelized onions cooked perfectly was amazingly delicious !~!
Also served was a delicious Stuffed Baked potato and salad.
Highly recommended no complaints at all .

I Always get the flo’s fillet and Crusted Chicken Combo with loaded Mash and Mac’n cheese runs about $30 now But I Promise you its worth it Drinks are amazing bathrooms clean friendly staff love coming here

Down grade because of the food. My son’s steak to red very rare over all steak chewy and tough. Long time customer yrs. I will return because Longhorn was the best place to go to.The Staff is always pleasant, and very good service.
