It’s very concerning that the chefs cannot properly cook red meat. I ordered a small filet several weeks ago which was almost raw on the inside. I called the restaurant and they graciously provided me with a $30 gift card. I used it tonight for a cheeseburger; and it is almost so raw it’s falling apart. Both times I ordered them to be cooked medium.

It was a really bad experience. We ordered 4 steaks and they were all well done regardless of how we ordered them. In addition, all of the steaks were over seasoned( as you see it in the picture). When we let them know they didn’t do anything to fix the issue.

I know this is a chain but I had a great experience here when we were in the area and stopped for lunch. The diet coke was amazing (if you know, you know), and our lunch was delightful! The stuffed mushrooms probably could’ve been cooked a little more on one side of the plate but they were fine! Food came so fast, the salad was amazing and was our chicken. Ended up being three meals! Our server was attentive and kind. I did not capture his name, I am sorry. We will surely be back if we’re ever in that area again. Thank you.

WOW. I’m a bit of a Steak Connoisseur, and while this may not be the best steak I’ve ever had, I do think it was the best steak for the money. It was amazing! Better than some $100+ steaks I’ve had. I think my meal cost around $30 and it was incredible.
Service was remarkable as well. I don’t write many reviews, but I have to with them. I accidentally left my suit jacket on the chair, and I live out of town and was on my way to the airport. I contacted them via their website, and they shipped my blazer all the way to Utah at their expense! I tried to pay for it, but they insisted that I don’t worry about it. Next time I’m in town, I’m definitely going back and leaving a nice tip! Thank You!

After a long day at a conference we decided to have a steak for dinner. We went in and were greeted by a friendly hostess. She sat us and a few minutes later the waitress got our drinks and appetizer order.
The Wild West shrimp was really good. I wouldn’t call it amazing g, but close. The bread, always good.
I ordered the Longhorn… the big steak. I ordered it medium rare. My honey got the steak tips. Hers was amazing. Mine, overcooked. I didn’t want to send it back because then she would be done eating by the time I started… not fun. As a result, the steam was meh. Way more done that steak should be.

This was the 2nd time I ordered food from longhorn steakhouse. This location service was terrible. I complained they kept me waiting outside for a pick up in a designed parking space. The lady serving us in the evening showed her frustrations and complained that “gosh” and her attitude. The food was too dry although I ordered medium steak it came out as well done as shown in the photo. Overall this location service and food disappointed me.

Angel is a wonderful server. We have had the pleasure of his service twice now for our family of 15-17. He was very friendly and provided excellent service. Bread and appetizers were fine. For entrees we got steaks, loaded baked potato, salmon, and shrimp. The steaks and shrimp were so over seasoned and salty that we had to take a sip of water with each bite. The shrimp was too salty to eat so we asked if we could get another batch that was less seasoned but the new one they gave us was just as salty. The baked potato was cold, hard, and grainy. I would recommend going to a different location.
