First time going to a steak house and this was a great option, they had a lot of variety with their menu and the food overall was delicious. The servers were also very kind. I got an 8oz with a baked potato and it filled me pretty fast! Took some home and ate it later on.

The food and atmosphere was really good! We went here for our son’s birthday. No complaints on the food at all. Everything tasted fresh and was hot and delicious. I got ribs and parmesan crusted chicken my wife got her salmon parmesan crusted! The kids got steaks. After the parmesan crusted mushroom appetizer I was a little parm’d out. …that’s a lot of cheese! Everything was so good! The food exceeded expectations!
Our server started out nice but midway through the meal it was tough to get her attention for a drink refill. By the time we asked for to-go containers it was obvious she was done with us. That interaction did affect our experience. I’d wanted to get a little recognition for my son’s birthday, we told the hostess and server when we arrived but by the end of the meal, it was obvious she was too busy or didn’t want to be bothered.
Regardless the food was amazing. Like so good I woke up the next morning and finished my ribs for breakfast!
I wonder if places like this give preferential treatment to customers purchasing alcohol. Maybe families are not as welcome as we’d expect. The service makes a difference. We could have gone anywhere and we chose to spend our money here. I don’t know if its economy or tariffs but everything is so expensive! For a > $200 meal, I think friendly, attentive wait-staff is not to much to ask. (I say this as a former server myself who lived off tips. So, even though the service was unremarkable, we tipped generously anyhow.)

Longhorn steakhouse is my favorite. I travel a lot, and prefer this chain to other steakhouses. Most of the time the steaks are great, and I leave completely satisfied. Today – not so much, the steak was mediocre. It looked and tasted like an ordinary truck stop food. Potatoes were the best part of my meal. The service was impeccable

I usually come here to get food on my lunch breaks once or twice a week and get pretty much the same lunch combo every time. i always get my steak medium rare and there has never been an issue. service is always great and they never take too long for to go orders. however, i ordered a 7 pepper steak and salad and ordered my steak medium rare today (same as usual) and i would describe it as over well done. def not what i asked for and there was barely any 7 pepper seasoning on my steak. i never have issues with my food otherwise but i feel like if ur a steakhouse- u shouldn’t be getting the temp of a steak so incredibly off 🙁

My boyfriend and I had ordered from this place. We had ordered two steaks with potatoes. When we cut open the potatoes, we found out that they were moldy on the inside. We had called the manager and he was so rude. He had proceeded to say “we don’t sell moldy potatoes.” Which is funny because they don’t even cut open the potatoes. The manger was awful, and when we asked for a refund he was giving us a hard time about it. I would not recommend.

First time I went to a longhorn and I see why they’re a successful chain. I walked in at 1pm and got seated right away (at the bar 1 person). There was a line for the tables so I can’t speak on that.
The bar maid was direct and quick. My food came out really fast considering how cull the place was.
My steak was cooked to perfection. It was like butter with random burnt char marks. The mac and cheese was really creamy and they used my favorite noodles.
I would definitely go back. Reasonably priced for what you get.
The bread too was really good. Warm and good quality.

This place had such incredible surprises waiting for me from the cheeseburger, which was requested to be cooked medium rare, was perfectly cooked to sweet, beefy perfection . Of all unexpected delights, the mashed potatoes were simply remarkable in texture, texture and flavor. The wait staff, Eileen was so incredibly personable and friendly. She was attentive without being overly attentive.

Ive come to longhorn in milbury black stone plaza multiple times, and usually each time is great but me and my brother went in today and ordered food, he got a burger and fries, and it came out raw, not rare, raw. We ordered medium, this isn’t the only time this has happened, I can recall at least 3 times in the past I’ve received raw food, usually steak. Though fixed immediately I just wonder what the issue is? Why are we constantly receiving raw food? I trust longhorn and always love eating here but when things like this happen it makes me never want to come back. Please fix this issue so someone doesn’t get sick, thank you.

Great dinner with my guy at LongHorn Steakhouse. Our waitress, Jessica F, was awesome. We started with the amazing warm bread with butter and some pinot grigio. For an app, we had the cheddar stuffed mushrooms that were so cheesy and delcious just as I expected, followed by a cesar salad. He did the ribeye with broccoli and the fire grill corn in the Cob. This is a must if you visit. I had the steak tips with sweet potato and crispy brussls. All around great experience l, everything was on point.
