Amazing! I have eaten a lot of burgers in my 60+ years. The” Bull Rider” at Longhorn Grill and Saloon topped them all. A full pound of beef, with bacon and cheese, all on a nice bun. I’m no longer hungry.

The restaurant was clean and beautifully decorated. The service was not good at all, but the wait staff was at least kind when they did come by our table. My drink was never once refilled. The food was mediocre and I was left feeling that I over paid for my lunch. The potatoes skin’s were sad and over baked and we were surprised that the Sliders we ordered was an order of just 2. Only place that has ever been the case. Maybe 2 would have been sufficient if they were hardy, but they weren’t. The BBQ was awfully sweet. The sweet potatoe fries were perfect.

I was in from out of town, but I wasn’t very impressed by the food.

No, you are not hallucinating … That’s a giant Longhorn Skull sculpture (with a pirate skeleton if you walk inside the skull). Ceiling has wagon wheels used for lighting. Got a great Gardner Iron Skillet , there are options for vegetarians. This place should delight both tourists and regulars.

When we started to arrive, the server did not remember our reservation for 8 (which ended up being 5) but quickly put tables together and set them with a great attitude. It took about a half an hour for the whole party to arrive and we were never made to feel rushed. Our solo server explained that the expected back dining room was not open due to the season being slow. So, we ate in the bar. Since we do not drink this was unexpected. The clientele was pleasant and quiet so, no problem. It took quite a while to have our orders taken as our server never stopped rushing between all the tables and the bar. She had a remarkable memory, remembering all five orders perfectly.

Love there food but the music or karaoke is killing your ears it’s pretty 2x loud . Gotta bring your earplugs. I understand people ❤️ to sing but it should be in the separate room, since they closed the formal dining room. I’m pretty much covers my ears. Also 4 mic’s were in used so go figure. The food prices was somewhat higher.

Loved the food and patrons were friendly. It was a good break from Mexican food. Located in a sleepy small town. It was an unique experience and price was good when compared to metropolitan areas in Southern California. They had a live singer who was singing Amarillo by Morning/George Strait. Made me think about the audition while back by Mongolian cowboy.

I must say this restaurant in a rural small town in the middle of nowhere just raised the bar for big cities like NY & LA. Not for boast but I been fortunate to visit these illustrious steakhouses operated by renowned chefs. I’ve seen mistakes made from these restaurants and it’s understandable because this is not only a science but an art as well. This place on the other hand made no mistakes, which is ok if they did it’s almost unrealistic to expect a perfect finish every time. Our tomahawk had the best contrast and finish I’ve ever had on a tomahawk. It was also a fraction of what you expect to pay for this cut. Service was prestine . Nobody loves to be asked if they can remake the steak , i don’t think anyone likes to waste food. They rose to the occasion & on the first take. I’m not gonna share the whole story cause I don’t want to set extreme expectations cause maybe what happened was a once in a never thing . Let’s just say we felt very fortunate that evening, and they went above and beyond the phrase “above and beyond” . It was a pleasure to meet the manager Greg. He’s clearly has passion for steaks, a talented problem solver, and a pro’s-pro . Definitely check them out #longhorngrillandsaloon #tomahawksteak
