Went to Alpine on a weekend train trip from El Paso, 1st time in Alpine and let me tell you, Longhorn Birria was worth the walk from the Airbnb. The wife had quesobirria tacos and I had the queso carne asada tacos because he ran out of Birria. Well we did get there 15mine before they closed. I would highly recommend you stop and get your taste buds blown away be the delicious food offered here.

The lady who helped us was very sweet and patient. Felt nice outside while we waited about 10-15 minutes which was not bad at all I got the quesabirria tacos and omg were these so good. Seasoned and just right. Plan to come back one day

The man behind the truck was kind and explained the menu. The queobirria tacos were absolutely amazing. They were so flavorful and packed with meat.
I definitely would recommend this to anyone who wants delicious Mexican food in Alpine. I will definitely eat here again when I’m back in town.

I love this, the Mexican food we have eaten so far in Texas. The birria stew broth was mouthwatering, and the vegetables were very fresh.

Delicious!!!! Absolutely full of flavor! Hearty servings with exceptional customer service! We had our meal at the picnic area infront of the food truck. It had a charming and welcoming atmosphere. This place is a gem. I suggest if you are passing through this area to give them a try, you will not regret it ! After a long trip across the TX mountains, this was pleasant cuisine. This do come with cheese but I opted out.

OMG!!!!! 5 stars across the board!!I had birria tacos and the hubby had a carne asada burrito…. I can’t think of enough words to describe how delicious our plates were… Outstanding… Amazing…. Delicious! The tacos and burrito were enormous!! The gentleman that helped us was wonderful.. described everything perfectly… He is obviously so proud and excited about his food! We’ve been here for 4 days and decided to try Lornhorn birria today. Wow!!!!! The birria tacos were absolutely amazing. They were full of flavor. This is by far the best meal we’ve had here in this area. I highly recommend them. It’s definitely worth the stop.
