Fast and friendly service. High quality deli meats sliced to order and piled high. The Italian sub and the cheesesteak were fantastic! They are takeout only so we found a nearby park and had a picnic. Great first stop on a summer road trip.

Delicious made to order subs at this legendary northern NJ deli. You can’t go wrong with any of the sandwiches on their menu. Parking right outside on the street but the line to order moves quickly. Can’t wait to come back and try their sloppy Joe.

Amazing, classic old school sub shop. They have everything you would need for a great lunch and then some, they sell cold cuts and all the fixins as well as any sandwich you could possibly think of. Inside felt warm and inviting and the employees were all so nice and comforting. They get you through there quick and out the door with your sandwich. Just be aware there is no seating inside, to go only. Definitely would recommend to anyone in the Morristown area looking to grab a quick lunch or a bunch of subs for an event

Called ahead to pick up an Italian sub (regular) and the order was ready upon arrival. The store front is a small deli with the typical items, chips and drinks, to accompany the sandwiches.
I just ordered the Italian sub with some specifications, which they executed as requested. The price is reasonable compared to other chain restaurants, but it does feel better to support a local, small business.
The sandwich itself was delicious, and the sub roll was soft and fresh. I’m happy with my lunch item from Longfellow’s. Thank you!

I have only been to Longfellows twice, but every time has been so much fun. The food is incredible, but leading up to the food the staff is fun to joke around with, and everyone there can carry a great conversation. I would definitely recommend Longfellows for your deli sandwich needs.

Just had lunch from there and ordered a turkey, roast beef and cheese with a side of macaroni salad. It was delicious! Very reasonably priced for the amount of meat they give. Been in town for too long not to have tried it. Will definitely be my go to deli going forward!

To me, it was average. Wasn’t really wowed like the other reviewers were. Finding parking was difficult.
The staff was extremely efficient and fast- the store is small so it’s hard to go unnoticed.
