Welcome to Longfellow’s Pub, a Cape Cod fixture since 1980. The new proprietors have now reopened, after a full-scale renovation. The new menu features appetizers, seafood, sandwiches and salads. And, for that steakhouse experience, Longfellow’s now offers prime rib 7 days a week, not to mention rib-eye, T-bone and filet mignon all served with a garlic herb compound butter and a choice of sauce including béarnaise and creamy horseradish. All steaks are choice Angus beef. The Daily Dinners include Meatloaf on Monday, Baked Stuffed Haddock on Tuesday, Chicken Parmigiana on Wednesday, Roast Turkey on Thursday, Whole Lobster on Friday, Baby Back Ribs on Saturday, and for Sunday dinner try the Baked Seafood Casserole.

4 of us went to Longfellow’s for a birthday celebration. Drinks were good and well poured. We had the mussels and stuffed mushrooms appetizers, excellent. Our dinners – 2 prime ribs, baked scallops, and a burger – were all excellent. Cooked to our liking and nice portions. We took dessert home because we were so full. Paloma was an attentive server. Will definitely return.

Came back today after having worked on my house all day, and got prime rib and potato skins to go….it was amazing! I was in and out in no time, even though they were super busy.

I hadn’t eaten here in a couple years, due to a bad experience back before the new management/owners took over.
I stopped in tonight, to get myself some dinner after a long day at the hospital with my elderly Mother. What a difference! The dining room has been renovated , the staff is SUPER friendly, and their already famous prime rib has gotten better, if that’s even possible! I would give them 10 stars if I could, . The whole place is just so much better than it was before, it’s like night and day!

Was on the Cape on business and stopped here for dinner because the reviews were good, especially for the Prime Rib. We got both that and the pork chops. They did not disappoint, and I daresay the pork chops were the best I’ve had outside of Texas. Service was great. Definite locals hangout but we still felt welcome. Hope to go back again next time we’re in town.

The Chicken Marsala is home cooking done right. Tender creamy and with slight sweet and sour flavor to still make it “thin”. Also mushroom is the highlight. I gave four stars for food as the portion (especially the spaghetti) is not that big. It could also just be that the food is too tasty.

Came for dinner and the food and service were both really good, my only complaint was that it was expensive for the amount of food in the entree. I had stuffed shrimp and it only came with 4. I could have eaten twice that! My husband had fried fish that was very good. We enjoyed the meal and the atmosphere was cozy.

Stumbled upon this place. The bar was packed seems like mainly a bunch of locals . really had a good time here everybody was super friendly . they have a great kids menu and a whole menu in general I had prime rib it says is the best on the Cape it was really good my girlfriend had haddock what a nice Piece of fish they didn’t have any horseradish sauce so the manager went and made me some .super friendly and nice would definitely go back

Nice clean neighborhood pub-type place with great food at reasonable prices. Friendly and attentive service by Deb. Plenty of parking. A little off the beaten path in a tiny strip mall but that makes this place a hidden gem and definitely worth a try!

Driving around Dennis to check out some real estate and we realized that we needed a burger BADLY so we called up Longfellows and it was ready quickly!
Definitely the best burger/fries we’ve had on the cape even after we waited 60 minutes to eat so we didn’t have to eat in the car. Somehow, everything was still hot. Not sure if it was witchcraft or some Cape Cod magic, but I highly recommend
