Overall nice day. Great atmosphere, great live music.everything was on point. Got the 5 dollar shrimp, and calamari. My sis got the fish tacos. Todo delish. Got the dark rum Pina colada which Was perfect! Sis got a hurricane drink. All was enjoyable. Fernando our waiter was very helpful and fast. Thanks Fernando.

Great restaurant and bar on south padre island and right on the water bayside. They have a wide variety of food and drinks available at a reasonable price. Lots of outdoor seating available covered and uncovered. Usually have a band playing as well. Free parking lot across the street. Just an overall great place to come visit and have fun.

in years. It was quite a show. Texas is so patriotic and so American. Anyway, I felt like a little kid marveling at the fireworks. I think there was someone selling flowers too . We shared cheesecake at the end of the evening. I would definitely recommend visiting this place on a Friday night.

We had a blast! We drove up not knowing that Rod Stewart was performing❤️ the food was delicious fish tacos and fajita Panchos drinks were also on point we had Dirty Bloody Mary’s. Happy Birthday to my friend Selen. Edson our waiter was super cool and attentive to us. He personally took Rod Stewart a note with a Birthday shout out to my friend Selen while he sang forever young✨thank you all your service is truly amazing!

Very good food live music service was great and very beautiful view. Only problem food is delicious but small portions I was hungry only talking about the fish though but still very tasty… Just be careful with kids sitting in the chairs my baby fell but they move a lot so not restaurants fault..

This place was a great find for a Saturday night. There was no wait, and my party of 8 was seated right away at dinner time with a view of the water.
We were blessed with great ambience including great live music with a dance floor and we were lucky that there was a fireworks show that night.
The service was a bit slow and the waitress came by to check on us just a few times. The food took about 40 minutes to get to us but this is to be expected for a dinner rush.
The tacos were good but not over the top, the asada fries were a good choice to pair with them. The drinks packed a great punch and were a decent price.
The experience and the view were spectacular, the wait is to be expected especially if you go during dinner in the peak season.

The food is amazing and the sunset is probably one of the best spots on south padre. Recently stayed on the island for 4 days. Ate here every night. My server was amazing and I tipped him accordingly. Even doubled the bill my last night. Yes they are also DOG FRIENDLY!!! But please people. Well behaved doggos. It is a restaurant.

After what felt like an eternity driving down to SPI, we needed to fuel up and decided to hit LongBoard for our first dinner of the trip. There was no wait which was great and we were seated promptly by the waterside along with our dog. The setting is incredible and the restaurant is clean and spacious. There is live music which certainly adds to the ambiance and helps round out the entertainment. The view overlooks the bay and you can easily catch a sundown here without any or much obstruction. Service was quick and attentive, the workers were definitely working hard as they were sweating in the heat, and the place started to fill up after we got there which is always a good sign. A few days later we walked by and it was very packed with a line out front. We walked over there but there is decent parking out front of the restaurant.
Now onto the food… It was not good. The All American burger was average, nothing that really stood out about it. The fries were good, which is a plus. However, the fried fish basket was downright awful. It had zero texture, just soft and fell apart at the slightest touch except for one or two parts that felt hard. Tasted like it was frozen and microwaved for the meal. On the other hand, the drinks were pretty good. We had an island colada, mango daiquiri, strawberry daiquiri, and lime margarita. All were very good and had we not just driven so much and had been so tired we likely would’ve gotten more.
LongBoard is a decent bar and grill, one that offers great views, service, and drinks. If you’re willing to overlook the iffy food then it really is a great place to kick start or end off a night. Come for the views, stay for the drinks.

It is at the bay and has extended balcony. Live bands perform here. The atmosphere is super good. Service is friendly. The food is tasty but you may feel the portion sizes are different, some are in good size but some are not.
